【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は複数の異なる断片緯条を順次織込んで
花莚や畳表等に織成する断片織機における、緯条
の不発により生じる織傷を、織機を停止させるこ
となく防止する装置に関するものである。

〈従来の技術〉 緯条の不発があつた場合に織成を停止して織傷
を無くするために、従来より種々の方法がなされ
てきた。例えば、片刺装置付の断片織機による袋
織りでは、緯条が4本組織の繰返し織成となる
が、このうち、1本の緯条が不発した場合、織機
を空刺防止機構により停止させ、手動で織機を回
転させて3本の緯条を除去した後、織機の運転を
再開する方法であつた。最近になつて、緯条の不
発があつても次の同じ緯条まで一巡する1又は数
本の緯条を強制的に不発にさせながら、織機を停
止することなく織成を続ける方式が、提案されて
いる(実開昭59−189884号、特開昭59−26557号
など)。例えば、緯条が緯路へ入るのを止めるた
めにラツパ口へ遮蔽板を設けるといつた方法がそ
れである。

ことも提案され実施されているが、これらの方法
は、ラツパ口の前を詰まらせたり、緯条をたくつ
て屈曲状態とするので、緯条の端部等が緯路を妨
害する難点があつた。

ール位置へ送り込まれる緯条を切断する位置に、
切断刃11をソレノイド12で作動させるよう設
けたことを特徴とするものである。

となつた緯条と同じ種類の緯条から織成させるの

すような4条に分割し、外方の送り爪14a,1
4dで緯条2の送りを完全にし、内方の送り爪1
4b,14cは切断刃11の表裏にはまり込み、
送り爪の作用と同時に切断ガイドの役目もする。
切断された先端の緯条は下方へ落下し、残りの緯
条は緯条供給装置の樋上へもともとの不良短緯条
と共にたまるのである。この時、制御回路では同
時に射出を止める緯条の本数がカウントされ、1
サイクル分だけの射出が不発とされる。この不発
手段についても、従来公知の種々の方法が採用で
きる。

が高能率に得られる。
