設けるとともに、この空気層の下方で互いにまじ
り合わずに界面を形成する複数の液体層を上下位
置に設けたことにあり、かかる構成によれば、橋
の上を車が通過することによつて橋桁が振動し、
それによつて生じる低周波により槽内の複数層の
液体がそれぞれ振動させられて波打ち、その液体
間の界面、各液体と槽内周面との間の界面および
最上層の液体と空気層との間の界面において低周
波によるエネルギーが消耗させられ、結局、低周
波の発生が押えられ、低周波公害を解消すること
