Conventional technology Conventionally, fragrances, deodorizers, etc. have been made into a liquid, gelled, or solidified state and then brought into contact with the atmosphere and evaporated into the atmosphere. Since it contains various substances that transpire at different rates, the substance with the highest transpiration rate transpires first, and at the beginning of use it emits an unpleasantly strong odor, but it becomes nearly odorless in a short period of time, and is used for deodorization, fragrance, etc. It had drawbacks that made it ineffective.

In order to eliminate this drawback, air fresheners, deodorizers, etc. are filled into the aerosol container, which is a completely airtight container.
An aerosol device that injects a large amount of this into the atmosphere, or a large amount of the evaporated contents is injected into a liquid-absorbing patch to allow it to evaporate naturally, and when the original effect wears off, the next step can be taken. There have been various types of aerosol devices that perform injection. However, in all of these aerosol devices, the aerosol contents must be sprayed manually, and if you forget to spray the aerosol contents, the deodorizing, insecticidal, etc. effects of the aerosol contents cannot be sustained. Moreover, strong deodorizing and insecticidal effects were produced only when sprayed, and the effects were not constant.

There is also a device for intermittently spraying the contents, such as the invention described in JP-A No. 56-70865, but this requires an extremely complicated mechanism and is expensive, as well as being a strong deodorizer only when spraying. However, it had the disadvantage that it produced an insecticidal effect and could not maintain a certain level of effect continuously.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention includes an on-off valve in a stem of an on-off valve mechanism that communicates with pressurized transpiration contents via a flow suppressing section for the transpiration contents. A nozzle is connected to the stem, which connects the continuous opening mechanism of the mechanism and also allows a small amount of the evaporated contents to flow out.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes an aerosol container, and a eyelet 4 is fixed to the upper end of a body 2 via a seaming portion 3. A stem 6 protrudes from the center of a mounting cup 5 fixed to. This stem 6 constitutes a part of an on-off valve mechanism (not shown) in a housing 7 fixed in the aerosol container 1, and by pressing toward the aerosol container 1 or tilting it laterally, The on-off valve mechanism is configured to open the valve. The stem 6 is also in communication with a dip tube 8 whose lower end is inserted into the evaporated contents pressurized by the propellant in the aerosol container 1 via a flow restriction section 9 . This distribution suppressing section 9 is designed to suppress the distribution of the evaporated contents in the aerosol container 1 to the stem 6 as much as possible, and the degree of distribution suppression is determined by the transpiration rate of the evaporated contents, the filling amount, the strength of the fragrance odor, etc. However, as an example, it is desirable to be able to suppress the outflow amount to about 0.1 cc to 0.3 cc per hour, and as shown in Fig. 3, the housing 7 and The needle valve 13 may be screwed and inserted into the communication path 12 of the connecting body 11 to which the date small tube 8 is connected, and the insertion end of the needle valve 13 may be formed with a rough surface. The flow rate of the evaporated contents may be adjusted by arbitrarily adjusting the degree. The structure of this suppression of the distribution of the evaporated contents is not particularly limited as long as the purpose can be achieved, and it may be suppressed by making the diameter of the communication path 12 extremely small, A filter may be inserted into the communication path 12 to suppress the flow, or any other method may be used.

Further, a continuous opening mechanism 14 of the on-off valve mechanism is connected to the stem 6, and this continuous opening mechanism 14 is connected to the first
As shown in FIG. 2, an engaging protrusion 16 is protruded from the outer periphery of the main body 15 connected to the stem 6, and an engaging protrusion 16 is provided on the lower surface of the engaging collar 18 of the engaging body 17 fixed to the tightening portion 3 of the aerosol container 1. By engaging the engagement protrusion 16, the pressed state of the stem 6 can be continued, and when the stem 6 is not pressed, it is engaged with the notch 20 of the engagement collar 18. Protrusion 16
When the stem 6 is pressed while pressing the main body 15, the engaging protrusion 16 is pressed and rotated.
engages with the lower surface of the engaging collar 18 to continuously open the on-off valve mechanism, allowing a very small amount of evaporated contents to flow out from the dip tube 8 to the stem 6 via the flow suppressing section 9. Further, this continuous opening mechanism is not particularly limited to the above configuration, and any method can be used.

The evaporated contents led out to the stem 6 by opening the on-off valve mechanism flow out from a nozzle 22 connected to the outlet passage 21 of the main body 15, as shown in FIG. 1, and this nozzle 22 has an upper end curved downward. A small amount of the evaporated contents flows out to a liquid absorption pad 23 formed on the upper surface of the main body 15. As mentioned above, the amount of evaporated content flowing out from the nozzle 22 is very small, and
3, so at the beginning of use, a certain amount of the evaporated contents stored in a separate container may be absorbed into the liquid absorbing pad 23. , as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to provide four storage sections 25 and cut them off at the time of use.

In another different embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, a storage chamber 26 is formed between the dip tube 8 and the housing 7, and the housing 7 of this storage chamber
A suppressing piston 27 on which the evaporated contents 24 are located and a flow suppressing section 9 that suppresses the flow rate of the evaporated contents 24 on the dip tube 8 side.
is formed slidably within the storage chamber 26. With this configuration, when the stem 6 is pressed to open the on-off valve mechanism, the suppressing piston 27 pressurized by the propellant pressure in the aerosol container 1 presses the evaporated contents, and the entire amount is sucked out from the nozzle 22. The liquid flows out into the liquid patch 23 and completes the initial operation. Thereafter, the evaporated contents are replenished little by little by the amount of transpiration over a long period of time through the flow suppressing section 9 due to the above-described action.

Further, in other different embodiments, the liquid absorbing pad 23 is not necessarily required, and the evaporated contents may be dropped directly onto the upper surface of the main body 15 which does not have liquid absorbing properties. In this case, there is no need for a large amount of evaporated contents to flow out at the initial stage of use as described above. In addition, 28 in the drawing is a nozzle 22 whose lower end is fixed to the main body 15.
A protective cover covering the upper surface of the device has an appropriate number of discharge holes 29 through which the evaporated gas flows out.

Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is configured as described above,
By continuously taking out a small amount of evaporated contents from an aerosol container, the evaporated contents are continuously evaporated into the atmosphere, and the desired deodorizing effect, insecticidal effect, etc., requires manual labor for a long period of time. can be sustained without In addition, this evaporative content, which is replenished in small amounts, is filled in a highly airtight aerosol container, so it can be used for purposes such as deodorization, fragrance, and insect killing, with no change in effectiveness from the beginning to the end of use. can be achieved.
