[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an aerosol device for transpiring contents such as aromatic aerosol contents and transpiration-type aerosol insecticides,
Conventionally, fragrances, deodorizers, etc. have been made into a liquid, gelled, or solidified form and brought into contact with the atmosphere to evaporate into the atmosphere. Since it contains various transpiration substances, substances with a high transpiration rate transpire first and emit an unpleasantly strong odor at the beginning of use, but it becomes almost odorless in a short period of time and loses its deodorizing and fragrance effects. It had some disadvantages that made it a problem. In order to eliminate this drawback, there is an aerosol device that fills a completely airtight aerosol container with aromatics, deodorizers, etc., and sprays a large amount of this into the atmosphere. There have been various aerosol devices that inject a large amount of H into a spray bottle, etc., allow it to evaporate naturally, and then perform the next injection when the original effect has diminished, but these aerosol devices In both cases, the aerosol content must be sprayed manually, and if you forget to spray, the deodorizing, insecticidal, etc. effects of the aerosol content will not be sustained, and the aerosol content will be stronger when sprayed laterally. It only produced deodorizing and insecticidal effects, but did not have a constant, constant effect.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned shortcomings, and has a continuous opening mechanism connected to several stems of an on-off valve (several stems) that communicates with the pressurized evaporated contents via a flow suppressing section. At the same time, the stem is connected to a nozzle that allows a small amount of the contents to flow out.By intermittently taking out small amounts of the evaporated aerosol contents from the aerosol container at regular intervals, the evaporated contents are continuously released into the atmosphere. The present invention relates to an aerosol device that evaporates and maintains the desired deodorizing effect, insecticidal effect, etc. for a long period of time without requiring manual labor.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.(1)
is an aerosol container with a seam (3) at the top of the body (2).
Fix the eyepiece (11) through the upper end 1 of this mouthpiece (4).
A stem (G) protrudes from the center of the fixed mounting cup (5). This stem (6) constitutes a part of the opening/closing valve (hole groove (not shown)) in the housing (7) fixed in the aerosol container (1).
1), but the stem (6) is configured to be able to open the opening/closing valve (hole groove) by tilting it sideways. Also, this stem (6) is configured to allow the propellant in the aerosol container (1) to open. The dip tube (8), whose lower end is inserted into the pressurized evaporated contents, communicates with the dip tube (8) through a flow suppressor (9). The distribution of the evaporated contents to the stem (6) shall be suppressed as much as possible, and the degree of suppression of distribution will vary depending on the transpiration rate of the evaporated contents, the filling amount, the strength of the fragrance odor, etc. However, to give an example, the flow rate is 0.1 cc per hour.
(It is desirable that the valve can be suppressed to about 1.3 cc, and a needle valve (13) is installed in the communication passage (12) of the connecting body (11) connecting the housing (7) and the dip tube (8). The insertion end of the needle valve (13) may be roughened and the insertion end of the needle valve (13) may be roughened, or the degree of insertion into the communication path (12) may be arbitrarily adjusted to adjust the transpiration content. It is also possible to adjust the flow rate of the evaporated contents. As long as the purpose of suppressing the flow of the evaporated contents can be achieved, the structure is not particularly limited, and the communication path (1
2) may be suppressed by making the diameter extremely small, or a filter may be inserted in the communication path (12) to suppress the flow, and any type 21 of the pond may be used. . The hota stem (6) has an on-off valve (shallow groove R).
The connection open connects the structure (14), and this a connection open connects the structure (14).
) has an engaging protrusion (16) protruding from the outer periphery of the main body (15) connected to the stem (6), and the aerosol container (1
) The engaging flange (
18) This ends by continuing the pressed state of the stem (6) by engaging the engaging protrusion (16) on the lower surface, and when the stem (6) is not pressed, the engagement 1 (18
), and when the stem (6) is pressed, the engagement protrusion (16) is engaged by pressing and rotating the book II (15). Tsuba (1)
8) engages with the lower surface to continuously open the opening/closing valve mechanism to allow a very small amount of evaporated contents to flow out from the waist dimp tube (8) through the flow suppressing part (9) and into the stem (6). Further, this continuous opening (shallow groove) is not particularly limited to the configuration described in the above two, and any method may be used. The evaporated contents are connected to the outlet (21) of the main body (15).
full (99) + - zit medium t-x nodel (99)l
One end of the main body (15) is bent downward, and 19 volumes of the evaporated contents flow out into the liquid absorbent (23) formed on two sides of the main body (15). The outflow of the evaporated contents from this nostle (22) is
As mentioned above, the amount is small enough to replenish the evaporated contents absorbed by the liquid absorption pant (23), so at the beginning of use, a certain amount stored in a separate container is recommended. The evaporated contents can be absorbed by the liquid absorbing rose (23), or the initial stage of the nostril (22) can be soaked at the tip of the nozzle (22) as shown in Figure 4.
A storage section (25) for the evaporated contents (24) is provided,
It may be cut and used when used. In addition, in different embodiments of the pond, as shown in FIG.
7 (3 () and housing (7) I! If this storage chamber (26
), and the evaporated contents (24) are located on the housing (7) side of this storage chamber (2G), and a flow control device is provided on the dip tube (8) side to suppress the flow rate of the evaporated contents (24). A part (9) is provided to suppress the piston (2,'7).
) is slidably formed in the storage chamber (26). With this configuration, when the stem (6) is pressed to open the on-off valve (hole groove), the suppressing piston (27) pressurized by the propellant pressure in the aerosol container (1) will release the evaporated contents. is pressed and the entire amount flows out from the nozzle (22) to the liquid suction vat (23), completing the initial operation. After that, the evaporated contents are evaporated for a long period of time via the flow suppressing part (9) due to the above-mentioned action. It will be replenished little by little.

In addition, in other different embodiments, the liquid-absorbing material (23) is not necessarily necessary, and the main body (15) which does not have liquid-absorbing properties is not necessarily required.
) The evaporated contents may be dropped directly onto the top surface of the container. In this case, there is no need for a large amount of evaporated contents to flow out at the initial stage of use as described above.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, by continuously taking out a small amount of the evaporated aerosol contents from the aerosol container, the evaporated contents are continuously evaporated into the atmosphere, and the desired deodorizing effect is achieved. , the insecticidal effect can be maintained for a long period of time without requiring human intervention. In addition, since the evaporative content that is replenished in small amounts is filled in a highly airtight aerosol container, it can be used for purposes such as deodorization and insect control without any change in effectiveness from the beginning to the end of use. It is achievable.
