ハバスケツトの一例を示す斜視図である。 図において、１はウエハバスケツト、２Ａはカ
バーバスケツト、３は炉心管、４は台、５はスカ
ベンジヤ、６は上蓋、７はガス導入口、８は排気
口、９はヒータ、１０はカバーバスケツト受けで
ある。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 縦長の管体をほぼ垂直に配置した炉心管と、該
炉心管の上端部に設けられた上蓋と、該炉心管の
下端部に設けられた下蓋と、該炉心管を加熱する
加熱部と、該下蓋の上に設けられ且つウエハを搭
載するウエハバスケツト及び該ウエハバスケツト
を覆うカバーバスケツトを載置する台と、該カバ
ーバスケツトとを具備し、 該炉心管の内壁周に複数個のカバーバスケツト
受けが成長の際の該カバーバスケツト位置より低
い位置に設けられ、 該カバーバスケツトは、下辺の周囲の該カバー
バスケツト受けに対応する位置に突起が設けられ
、該突起によりカバーバスケツト受け上に保持さ
れるように構成され、且つ該突起の幅は該カバー
バスケツト受けの間隔より小さくしてなることを
特徴とする縦型気相成長装置。
