- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 充電スイツチと放電スイツチを有する圧電ア
クチユエータの駆動回路において、各々のスイツ
チの動作タイミング信号を休止時間をはさんで交
互に発生する回路と、入力電圧と出力電圧を比較
して、その大小により各々のスイツチを動作させ
る信号を発生する回路と、両信号を合成して各々
のスイツチの動作を制御する回路とから成る圧電
アクチユエータ駆動回路。 ２ 上記駆動回路において放電スイツチと直列に
電源側への電力回収手段を設けた圧電アクチユエ
ータ駆動回路。
