Abstract

PURPOSE:To simultaneously print both surfaces of paper by a method wherein a printing mechanism part having a front printing head part and a rear printing head is provided and the printing data inputted from an external apparatus is divided by one page to be sent out to both printing head parts. CONSTITUTION:The printing data inputted from an external apparatus is distributed by one page by the interface part 1 with the external apparatus so that the printing data of the first page is set to front printing data and that of the second page is set to rear printing data and sent out to a memory part 2 to store the data of two pages in a front printing data memory part 3 and a rear printing data memory part 4 at once. The stored front and rear printing data are successively sent out to the front printing head part 6 and the rear printing head part 7 of a printing mechanism part 5 at the same time.
