There are problems such as separation of the surfactant, and when performing substance separation using porous films obtained by these methods, the surfactant may be extracted and the properties may vary. Furthermore, these methods have problems such as bleeding of the surfactant during storage and handling.

It has been found that by uniaxially or biaxially stretching the formed film, a porous film with extremely less stretching unevenness can be obtained compared to using other thermoplastic resins.

Moreover, when the film formed using this resin composition is stretched or biaxially stretched, a porous film with very little stretching unevenness can be obtained compared to using a thermoplastic (M resin composition). Therefore, the cracks in the film at the through-holes that occur during stretching are uniform and there are no large cracks, and there is extremely little non-uniform orientation of molecules at the through-holes in the film (I (! Mechanical strength is large). It was also found that it has a high tearing force when changing bending strength and tensile strength, and that it is highly reliable and does not burst when used in a single layer even when used as a breathable bag or pressurized filtration membrane.

のである。Therefore, when using the above-mentioned porous film and subjecting the surface to colon discharge treatment or flame treatment, there are problems such as large pores created by sparks, which may cause problems in substance separation accuracy, and thermal shrinkage. However, when the surface of this porous film is subjected to high-frequency sputter etching, parent groups such as carboxyl groups and hydroxyl groups are introduced into the porous film, making it hydrophilic, which makes it possible to efficiently separate solids in an aqueous solution. This knowledge led to the completion of the present invention.

By using a resin composition containing ff1, a filler, and an olefin terpolymer as essential components, a porous film with extremely low stretching unevenness can be obtained, and the porous film thus obtained has high hardness, bending strength, and tensile strength. It has a high tensile strength when subjected to strong changes, so even if this thin porous film is used, for example, as a breathable bag or a pressurized filtration membrane, it will not burst during use and will be highly reliable. The production and processability of the porous film is excellent and the production cost is low. Moreover, the strength of the obtained porous film is high, and the single layer can be used as a source for breathable bags or pressurization. It can be used as a jJ film.

Atmospheric pressure of 0.5 Torr, preferably from 0.05
This is carried out in an atmosphere of 0.2 Torr. If the atmospheric pressure is less than 0,005 Torr, discharge will not continue, and if it exceeds 0.5 To+/r, the sputter etching rate will drop smoothly and the discharge will become unstable, especially if it is continuous. This is not preferable because it is not possible to obtain a homogeneous treated surface when sputter etching is performed on the substrate.

Preferably, the range is 0.01-0.8 wsec/C1n2. In this case, it is obvious that the lower the processing power density, the more the processing time needs to be reduced, but it is practically desirable to increase the processing power density and shorten the processing time.

のである。(e) Effect The method for producing a hydrophilized porous film of the present invention comprises forming a resin composition having the above-mentioned structure and containing a fringe-shaped low density polyethylene resin, a filler, and an olefin terpolymer as essential components, and It is not clear why the use of the composition I (II) gives a porous film with high tearing strength and excellent bending strength and tensile strength, but this linear low-density polyethylene resin has a high degree of crystallinity. In addition to having high mechanical strength, when a film formed using this resin composition is mono- or biaxially stretched, a porous film with extremely less stretching unevenness can be obtained compared to using other thermoplastic resin compositions. Moreover, during this stretching, the olefin terpolymer improves the compatibility between the linear low-density polyethylene 0 (oil) and the optical material, and therefore the a! The non-uniform orientation of molecules at the through-holes in the film is extremely small compared to when other thermoplastic resins are used, and therefore the tearing force increases when bending strength and tensile strength change, resulting in rupture upon first use. For this reason, the porous 'I!' film has extremely excellent air permeability and moisture permeability, and has the ability to be used as a single-layer air-permeable bag or pressurized filtration membrane.

It is possible to efficiently separate solids in an aqueous solution, and since no surfactant is used, it has the effect of increasing reliability.

There are areas where the porous film shrinks due to the heat of the discharge, causing the pores to shrink and water permeation to decrease, and conversely, there are areas where the pores become larger and water permeation increases, resulting in poor reliability. The result was a lack.

なる効果を有するのである。(Blank below) Table t51 (B) Effects of the Invention The method for producing a hydrophilic porous film of the present invention is characterized in that the method for producing a hydrophilic porous film of the present invention is characterized in that a Q1 resin composition containing a linear low-density polyethylene resin, a photonic agent, and an olefin terpolymer as essential components is used to produce a hydrophilized porous film. A film manufactured by Jltl is manufactured, and then this resin film is stretched to form a porous film, and the surface of the porous film is subjected to high-frequency sputter etching treatment. The film is attracted to its bending strength and tensile strength change! The 2P force is high, and since the mechanical strength is high, there is no need to form any heat-treated parts, and therefore the porous film has extremely high air permeability and moisture permeability. As a result, even if this porous film is used as a single layer, for example, as a breathable bag or a pressurized filtration membrane, it will not burst during use and has the effect of increasing reliability.
