ては前記前面パネル6に向い低くなつている。ま
た前記油案内部20は前面下縁部と両側下縁部の
後端部分を除いて、第9図に示す如く上面が角部
に向い傾斜している。よつて前記集煙フード8内
面を流下する油は前記油案内部20にて受けら
れ、該油案内部20の角部に添つて前記前面パネ
ル6に向い流れる。前記油案内部20の両側下縁
後端部は第10図に示す如く、縁部に向い傾斜し
ており、前記油案内部20の後端は前記前面パネ
ル6の前面に当接すると共に前記ガイド部11に
まで張り出している。前記油案内部20の角部に
添つて流れる油は前記油案内部20の後端部分に
おいて縁部に向い拡がつて流れ出し、前記前面パ
ネル6に添つて前記ガイド部11に導かれる。従
つて油は前記ガイド部11に導かれて前記油溜部
7に溜められる。前記油受風洞10にて受けられ
