Conventional technology Conventionally, in order to effectively utilize solar thermal energy, a PCM capsule containing a latent heat storage material that changes phase with heat is used to store solar heat and then radiate it at night for use in heating. Macroscopically, it has been proposed and attempted to store solar heat in the summer and radiate it in the winter to use it as a heat source for various purposes such as space heating.

The above-mentioned PCM capsules may have a spherical shell shape (for example, Utility Model Application No. 109283/1983

However, since the thickness of the flat PCM capsule is very thin compared to the vertical and horizontal dimensions, when the flat PCM capsule is arranged vertically as shown in Fig. 5, for example,
In the flat PCM capsule A, a latent heat storage agent B 1 For example, a crystal nucleating agent mixed in crystalline calcium chloride (CaCl 3 6H 2 O) or crystalline sodium sulfate (Na 2 SO 4 10H 2 O). B2 precipitated on the bottom surface of the container A1 , and the crystal growth by the crystal nucleating agent, that is, the phase change of the latent heat storage material, could not be promoted uniformly within the PCM capsule, and a sufficient latent heat effect could not be exerted. There was a problem.

In this case, since the crystal nucleating agent B 2 is widely and uniformly dispersed in the flat plate portion A 2 that is the bottom surface of the flat PCM capsule A, the phase change of the latent heat storage material can be caused uniformly, which is convenient. , when the heat of the flat PCM capsule is lower than the temperature of the air, that is, when the heat storage is performed, the flat PCM capsule is
There is a problem that dew condensation easily forms on the surface of the PCM capsule A3 , making it difficult for this condensed water to be discharged, and that heat is dissipated by the latent heat of this dew condensed water, which greatly impairs the heat storage effect. Ta. moreover,
The latent heat storage material expands rapidly due to heat, so if it is made into a simple flat capsule, the front and back plates will swell and deform considerably due to thermal expansion, and if it is tightly packed in a heat storage tank etc. There were also problems with the tank rupturing or the flat capsule itself rupturing.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, this invention is capable of eliminating partial deviation of the crystal nucleating agent and also eliminating heat loss due to surface condensation even if the flat PCM capsules are arranged vertically. The purpose of this invention is to provide a flat PCM capsule that can prevent expansion and deformation of the container due to thermal expansion of the latent heat storage material.

Technology that led to solving the problem The flat PCM capsule of this invention is a hollow container in the shape of a rectangular plate, and the bottom surfaces of the container are fused to each other at corresponding positions on the front and back surfaces of the container, and A plurality of horizontally elongated recesses and a plurality of circular recesses each having an inclined peripheral surface are formed, and at least the fused bottom surface of the circular recess is punched out so that the thickness of the hollow container is increased. In addition, near both lateral edges of the hollow container, vertically continuous concave grooves are formed on both the front and back surfaces, and near the four corners there are spacers for spacers that protrude outward. The device is characterized in that the projections are provided at positions corresponding to each other, and a latent heat storage material is sealed inside to enable sealing.

Bottom surfaces 11A and 12A are fused to each other at mutually corresponding positions of 0A and 10B (FIG. 2), and an oblong recessed portion 11 and a circular hole-shaped recessed portion 12 are provided with peripheral surfaces 11B and 12B as inclined surfaces. At least the fused bottom surface 12A of the circular recessed portion 12 is punched out to form a through hole 13 in the thickness direction of the hollow container, and both lateral edges 1 of the hollow container are formed.
In the vicinity of 4A, 14B, one or more grooves 15, 15 that are continuous in the vertical direction are formed on both the front and back surfaces, and in the vicinity of the four corners 14C...14C, spacer protrusions 16 that protrude outward are formed. 16 are provided at mutually corresponding positions (FIG. 2), and the interior 10C is sealed with a latent heat storage agent B1 mixed with a crystal nucleating agent B2 , and is configured to be able to be sealed.

In addition, 18...18 in FIG. 1 are compressed parts formed around the four corners of the flat PCM capsule 10, and are used as fenders to prevent damage to the PCM capsule due to collision with other objects, as well as in narrow parts of the internal space. It is designed to eliminate the In addition, although the case where the said compression part 18 was provided only in the lower side was shown, it may be provided in all four corners.

is formed, the crystal nucleating agent B 2 is deposited on these shelves 11', and as a result, it is prevented from being concentrated in one part and heat storage is performed effectively. The complex flow increases the surface area for heat exchange.

Furthermore, even if dew condensation occurs on the surface of the PCM capsule 1 due to the temperature difference with the outside temperature, this condensed water will be directed to the side by the blowing pressure of the circulating air, as shown by the arrow x in Figure 1. It is pushed away and eventually gets caught in the grooves 15, 15 and quickly flows downward. Furthermore, even if dew condenses on the inner surfaces of the recesses 11 and 12, since these inner surfaces are sloped surfaces, it quickly flows out, effectively preventing the condensed water from accumulating. Further, the expansion of the flat capsule due to the thermal expansion of the latent heat storage material is suppressed by the mutually fused recesses 11 formed on the front and back plates 10A and 10B, and even with this, deformation still occurs. This is prevented by partial deformation of the vertically continuous grooves 15, 15.

Effects This device is configured as described above, so it is shaped like a flat plate.
Even if the PCM capsule is arranged vertically, the crystal nucleation material that promotes the phase change of the latent heat storage material can be effectively dispersed, and surface condensation water can also flow down quickly, improving heat storage and heat dissipation effects. ,moreover,
All of the recesses are integrated with their bottom surfaces fused to each other, and the grooves that drain water also serve as reinforcing ribs, which significantly improves the strength of the hollow container itself. Since expansion and deformation of the flat capsule can also be prevented, it has various practical effects such as being able to be used safely for a long period of time.
