(b)従来の技術
従来、黒色顔料として数多くのものが知られているが、
その中で最も代表的なものとしては、鉄!(四三酸化鉄

The most representative of these is iron! (triiron tetroxide) and carbon black.

It has disadvantages such as poor dispersibility and, in the worst case, agglomeration. Also,
Similarly, cosmetic compositions containing these pigments spread,
They tend to cause problems such as poor spreading and a rough texture, and furthermore, when applied to the skin, these pigments and other powders separate, resulting in color separation. .
そこで、超微粒子マグネタイトが注目され、化粧用組成
物の安全な顔料として検討されている。Therefore, ultrafine particle magnetite has attracted attention and is being considered as a safe pigment for cosmetic compositions.

がある。That is, if the particle size of ultrafine magnetite is less than 50,
Particles that are too small are active and unstable and can be oxidized, causing discoloration and deterioration. In addition, if the particles are too small, they physically bond with each other, resulting in the particles becoming large and agglomerating. Dispersibility deteriorates, and in addition, these fine particles get into the hair roots, making cleaning performance during hair removal considerably worse. On the other hand, if the particle size exceeds 350,
If the particles are too large, the dispersibility will be poor, and the spreadability and spreading of the cosmetic composition will be poor, and it will also tend to cause problems such as a rough feeling when used.Furthermore, as a result of a decrease in transparency, makeup smudges. There are problems such as poor color and dull appearance.

More than a few dozen percent of the respondents are people other than 0 to 350, and this has many of the disadvantages mentioned above.

的とする。In view of the above problems, the present invention uses ultrafine magnetite particles with uniform particle size as a dispersoid, has extremely good dispersibility, does not cause sedimentation or agglomeration, and is stable and does not undergo discoloration or deterioration. A cosmetic composition that has good cleansing properties during cleansing, has good spreading and spreadability, has an excellent feeling of use, has good transparency, and has good makeup application, and its production. The purpose is to provide a method.

It has been found that if magnetite is coated with an unsaturated fatty acid, the particle size of the ultrafine magnetite particles varies widely, and therefore a desired cosmetic composition cannot be obtained.

In producing easily water-dispersible MVA particle magnetite using fine particle magnetite as a dispersoid, a basic aqueous solution is added in two steps, and in the first step, pll is suppressed to reduce the average particle size to 300 Å or less in the acidic region. After preparing a transparent and positive hydrated iron oxide sol, the particle size of the sol surprisingly becomes uniform when it is aged, and then a basic aqueous solution is added to it (second step). p
By setting ll to 9 or more, the particle size range is 50 to 350.
We have obtained the knowledge that human ultrafine particle magnetite can be obtained in a proportion of 95% by weight or more, and that this ultrafine particle magnetite has excellent dispersibility, is stable, and is extremely excellent as a pigment for cosmetic compositions. .

As a result of the particles becoming large and agglomerating, the dispersibility becomes poor, and in addition, these fine particles get into the hair roots, making cleaning performance during cleansing significantly worse. On the other hand, the particle size If the number exceeds 350, the particles are too large and the dispersibility becomes poor, and the spreadability and spreading of the cosmetic composition deteriorates, and it tends to cause problems such as a rough feeling when used, and the transparency further decreases. As a result, the makeup looks bad and dull, which is not desirable.

In the production method, in order to produce the easily dispersible water-dispersible ultrafine particle Magnetai F, which has the above-mentioned structure and is used as this pigment, a basic aqueous solution is added in two stages, and in the first stage, 9H is added in an acidic region. After preparing a transparent, positive hydrated iron oxide sol with an average particle size of 300 Å or less, it is aged to adjust the particle size of the sol to the desired range, and then a basic aqueous solution is added to it. In addition (second stage FFf) by setting pif to the alkaline region, ultrafine particle magnetite with a particle size range of 50 to 350 can be obtained at a ratio of 95% by weight or more, and furthermore, this ultrafine particle magnetite has a low dispersibility. In addition to being excellent in appearance, it is stable and has extremely excellent effects as a pigment in cosmetic compositions and products.
