モード設定を行っていた。(Background of the Invention) Conventionally, in addition to the first program mode in which the aperture value and exposure time are uniquely determined based on the photometric value obtained by the photometer, the photographer has been able to set the AF mode, feeding mode, program diagram, etc. Various cameras have been proposed that have a second program mode that can be set arbitrarily according to the user's intention. For these cameras, when selecting the second program mode,
The photographer selects and sets one of the modes depending on the shooting situation he or she is shooting. For example, when performing sports photography, the AF mode is servo, the feed mode is continuous photography, and the program diagram is selected from a high-speed shutter program diagram, and the mode settings are made for each.

It was extremely annoying. For example, when changing from sports photography to landscape photography, you can change the AF mode from servo to one shot, and change the feed mode from continuous to single frame photography.
In addition, the program diagram had to be changed to a low-speed shutter side program that takes depth of field into consideration, and many operating procedures were required.

Occasionally, the result would be a preliminary photo or an out-of-focus photo.

を特徴とする。(Features of the Invention) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a photographing situation mode manual means for manually selecting a mode corresponding to the current photographing situation from among various selectable photographing situation modes; a storage means for storing in advance a series of combinations of setting modes suitable for each shooting situation; a detection means for detecting the shooting situation mode input by the shooting situation input means; and a detection means for detecting the shooting situation mode input by the shooting situation input means. A series of setting modes corresponding to each shooting situation mode,
A control means for automatically selecting and setting the AF mode from the storage means is provided, and by simply inputting the mode information of the current shooting situation, the AF mode and the AF mode that are most suitable for the shooting situation at that time can be set. The present invention is characterized in that a series of setting modes such as transmission mode, exposure program, etc. are automatically set.

In this case, a rectangular frame surrounding the number is displayed at the same time to indicate that the frame counter is displayed. Furthermore, when a shooting situation mode other than the family mode is input, the program "P" is displayed blinking to alert the photographer. This is because shooting in family mode is common and doesn't have much special features, but no matter what you shoot, it won't be a major failure, but on the other hand, shooting in other modes may result in unsuccessful photos depending on the subject. This is to give a warning.

In close-up mode and party mode, you won't be tracking a moving object that moves at high speed, so the AF mode will use a one-shot mode that stops focusing once it's in focus, and on the other hand, in snap mode and sports mode, you won't be able to track a subject that is moving to a certain extent. I will be chasing you, so A.
The F Moto uses a servo that constantly tracks the subject and performs focusing operations.

It can be said that the specification settings are easy to use even for beginners, as there is no need to take two frames. On the other hand, in Snap mode, Sports Moto, and Portrait modes, it is desirable to shoot continuously in order to avoid capturing the movement of the subject or subtle changes in facial expressions.

Transistor T3. The base of T4 is connected to the output port P of the microcomputer MCI via base resistors R23 and R24, respectively.
23. Connected to R24. As can be seen from this configuration, when the transistors Tl and T4 are in the on state, the motor MCI has a current flowing from the drawing direction to the right, rotates clockwise, and performs film feeding operation and shutter charging.
Transistor T2. When T3 is in the on state, current flows from the cloth to the left in the figure, and the film rotates to the left to rewind the film. Motor MCI operates in conjunction with sprocket G1 for this purpose.

A control means is provided to automatically select and set the AF mode from the storage means, and by simply inputting mode information indicating the current shooting situation, the AF mode and the AF mode can be selected that are optimal for the shooting situation at that time. Since a series of setting modes such as feed mode and exposure program are automatically set, operability can be improved, and even people who are not familiar with camera operations can easily set the settings according to the shooting situation at the time. In addition, it becomes possible to take appropriate photographs.
