This technique involves folding an upright panty-taste finishing foot last into which socks are inserted in half at the center in the width direction, overlapping the templates with an appropriate distance, and then inserting the socks. Fold the sock in half, pull out the overlapping template of the half-folded foot last, and use a pair of gripping arms of the assisting member to sandwich the sock along with the sock at both sides in the width direction. By raising a pair of gripping arms along the foot-shaped template, the toe portion of the sock folded in half escapes from the foot-shaped template above it;
By sandwiching the toe of the sock that has escaped and rolling it up between a pair of rollers, the sock can be folded in two and removed from the last.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in this technology, the foot-shaped templates are transported one by one at regular intervals in a diffused state, and the foot-shaped templates are once stopped, and while they are stopped, the socks are pulled out one pair at a time. It cannot be used for a group of foot-print templates (referred to as foot-prints in the present invention) that are grouped together with even a small gap between them. That is, the superimposed templates of the half-folded foot lasts are extracted and held together with the sock at both widthwise edges of the assisting member by a pair of gripping arms. When used on a foot last, the sock cannot be pinched because it comes into contact with adjacent foot lasts that are clustered together at a narrow interval, and therefore the toe of the sock cannot be moved from the foot last past the foot last. I can't get it to escape.

Furthermore, with this technology, the foot last templates are spread out one by one at regular intervals, so it is possible to fold the foot last in half and overlap the templates.
It is said that the distance between the two shoe prints in the group of older brother prints that were gathered together was so narrow that it was not possible to fold the lasts in half and overlap the templates, and therefore it was not possible to make two templates into a pair. There are problems.

1. When a group of foot lasts gathered together on the track of the sock extraction process position in the sock finishing machine are conveyed and once stopped and positioned, the raking plate insertion/extraction mechanism is activated to separate the upper and lower 2 stages of raking plates. Insert the cut groove part from the lower part of the last into the width side edge of the last, raise the sock and scrape up the sock to the required size from the opening of the sock, then activate the toe assembly mechanism of the last and scrape it up. At least one of the lifting plates is moved laterally to bring the two foot-shaped toe parts together, and then the sock toe release means is activated to apply a pressure contact member to a slightly lower part of the toe part of the socks that have been raised and brought together. At the same time as they are brought into contact, the pressing member is raised to cause the toe part of the sock to escape from the foot-shaped toe part and protrude, and then the toe part of the sock that has been made to protrude is sandwiched between a pair of rollers by a sock extraction means and rolled into the belt. The sock is extracted from the last and transferred in one direction, and then the reciprocating conveyance means is operated to adjust the pitch between the lasts put together in a group of lasts arranged on the carriage on the track of the sock finishing machine. Then, the sock is moved intermittently to the next waiting position of the assembled foot-shaped socks, and the socks are pulled out one pair at a time, and after the group of socks has been pulled out, the reciprocating conveying means is reversely operated to return them all at once. A method for removing a sock from a foot shape, which is characterized by allowing the sock to return to its original position.
