り加熱変質をともなうようになり、自然な形での粉末状

毛の中の水分は容器内の圧力が高いため高温水として毛
内部に圧縮保持されている。この容器内を瞬間的に減圧
状態にすると、該水分は急激な圧力変化によって気化膨
張し、それに伴い毛の組織を内部から破壊するわけであ
る。このようにして、膨化された毛の組織、組成は変性
されて次工程の粉砕機による微粉砕を効果的に丘なわ貧
ることが出来、毛の微粉末を効享良く!2遺出来る。ま
た、粉砕して製造された粉末は、更に必要により篩分け

混合割合を多くすることが出来るために軽量化を計るこ
とができ、より優れた吸放湿性を備えた樹脂成型品を安
価に大量供給することが出来る。また、この毛の粉末は
適当な液状及び熱可塑性の菫料と混合処理して塗装材を
遣る場合にも容易迅速に均一混合ができ、スプレーガン
などへの詰まりの無い塗装材が得られる。更に、この毛
の粉末は硬い表皮も膨化作用により変性されているので
