Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently produce fine wool or fur powder by heating and pressurizing water added wool or fur in a hermetically sealed vessel, instantaneously opening the vessel to reduce the pressure and pulverizing the wool or fur. CONSTITUTION:Water added wool or fur is put in a hermetically sealed pressure vessel, heated and pressurized for a certain time and then the vessel is instantaneously opened to reduce the pressure. Physical properties fit for pulverizing are rendered to the wool or fur by swelling and this wool or fur is pulverized. By this method, wool or fur can be pulverized with high energy efficiency and fine wool or fur powder can be more advantageously mass-produced with respect to initial cost, running cost and production efficiency.

For example, hair powder can be mixed with resin to make pellets for resin molding, which can be used as wall or flooring materials that have properties such as high elasticity, moisture absorption and desorption properties, and non-static properties, or can be molded into sheets or films to create artificial materials. The leather can be made to have properties equivalent to natural leather. It can also be mixed with a liquid paint and used as a matte paint that has moisture absorption and desorption properties and non-static properties. Furthermore, the hair powder can be used as it is or its components can be extracted and used as foods, feeds, fertilizers, cosmetics, and ingredient adjusting agents.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, it has not been easy to powderize hair and hair debris. For this reason, for example, in the case of wet pulverization, the material is cut into appropriate lengths, which are then wet pulverized over a long period of time and then subjected to a drying process.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in such a wet grinding process, it is necessary to cut the raw materials into lengths of about 1II11 to eliminate entanglement, which requires a lot of labor and time. I needed it. Furthermore, when dry grinding was attempted, it was not possible to apply sufficient impact force because the bristles were lightweight and flexible. Furthermore, since the structure is strong, a strong external force is required to crush it, resulting in a longer residence time in the crusher.
Under the influence of the heat generated during pulverization, the hair of the raw material becomes burnt and deteriorates due to heating, making it difficult to obtain powdered hair in its natural form.

(Means for solving problems) The characteristic means of the present invention is to put the hydrated hair in a closed pressure vessel, heat it for a certain period of time and pressurize it at the same time, and then instantly open the pressure vessel and depressurize it. The purpose of this method is to swell and modify the hair to change its physical properties to make it easier to crush, and then to finely crush the hair, and its action is as follows.

(Function) First, we conducted various experiments to find out what method is suitable for effectively completing the process of finely pulverizing hair in a short period of time. It has been found that fine pulverization can be achieved in a very short time by opening the container at g time and reducing the pressure after heating. In other words, when hydrated hair is placed in a sealed pressure vessel and heated to a temperature higher than the vaporization temperature of water, the hair will become wf! due to the high temperature moisture contained inside and the generated or introduced steam. be done. Then, as the inside of the pressure vessel becomes unwell due to heating, the hair can be instantaneously embrittled and modified by the so-called swelling effect that occurs by instantly releasing the vessel and rapidly reducing the pressure. In other words,
Because the pressure inside the container is high, the water in the hair is compressed and held inside the hair as high-temperature water. When the inside of this container is momentarily reduced in pressure, the water vaporizes and expands due to the rapid pressure change, thereby destroying the hair tissue from within. In this way, the structure and composition of the expanded hair is denatured and can be effectively pulverized by the crusher in the next step, making the fine powder of hair more effective! I can leave 2. Further, the powder produced by pulverization is further subjected to sieving or classification treatment as necessary to adjust the particle size to a desired size, and then used as a product.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, hair can be crushed with energy efficiency, and hair powder can be mass-produced more advantageously in terms of initial cost, running cost, and production efficiency. Furthermore, a finer powder can be obtained than in the past, and the inside of the powder is swollen and has excellent moisture absorption and desorption properties. Therefore, when this hair powder is mixed with resin as a filler to form pellets, etc., it is possible to increase the mixing ratio of hair powder, which makes it lighter and has better moisture absorption and desorption properties. It is possible to supply large quantities of resin molded products at low cost. Furthermore, when the hair powder is mixed with a suitable liquid or thermoplastic porcelain to form a coating material, it can be mixed easily and quickly and uniformly, and a coating material that does not clog a spray gun or the like can be obtained. Furthermore, since the hard epidermis of this hair powder has been modified by the swelling effect, it can also be used as feed by kneading it with starch or the like and granulating it.

After washing the wool scraps and degreasing them if necessary, add a certain amount of water to them, put them into a pressure vessel with a heating jacket, supply 3 kg/cd of steam to the inside of the vessel and the jacket at the same time, and heat it for about 20 minutes. The raw material was heated. After the wool tissue is sufficiently swollen to the inside, the outlet of the pressure vessel is opened all at once to cause a swelling effect due to rapid pressure reduction.

この膨化作用により羊毛は内部から変性される。This swelling action denatures the wool from within.

In addition, for the purpose of omitting the drying process, a known drying and pulverizing means can also be used in which dry air or heated air is directly fed into a pulverizer to perform drying and pulverizing at the same time.

Furthermore, this wool powder was classified using a classifier to obtain an average particle size of 1.
A fine powder of 0 μm was obtained. This wool powder has a specific surface area about 50 to 100 times larger than that of conventional wet-pulverized wool powder, and has excellent moisture absorption and desorption properties.
