Claims (1)
された固形溶接材を被溶接物に付着させて溶接す
る溶接器の溶接用ノズルにおいて、元部側に固形
溶接材を挿入する溶接材挿入口を有する一方、先
端側に溶融された固形溶接材の流出口である溶接
材流出口を有する溶接材挿入パイプと、この溶接
材挿入パイプの周面にパイプ軸方向へ向けて連結
されるブラケツトと、このブラケツトに内部形成
され、かつ元部側に溶接器の熱風噴出部と連通さ
れる熱風給気口を有する一方、先端側に溶接材流
出口と連通される熱風噴出スリツト口を有する熱
風通路とを備え、またこのブラケツトには、これ
らの熱風通路および溶接材挿入パイプを連通させ
る連通路が内部形成された溶接用ノズル。 (2) ブラケツトに形成された熱風噴出スリツト
口のスリツト口の幅を１．０〜１．５mmとし、ま
たこのブラケツトに、熱風噴出スリツト口が密閉
された際の熱風の大気解放部となる熱風解放孔が
