手動解放装置を提供することが目的であり、以下
第4〜6図で示す一実施例について本考案を説明
する。第3図において、各部材1〜7までは前述
した従来型と同一であり、説明を省略するが、本
考案の改良点は、中空状に成形した解放用スクリ
ユー8がブレーキカバー1に螺着され、且つ、ロ
ータシヤフト7のブレーキ側先端部に角座9が設
けられている点である。このような本考案におい
て、常時は制動しているが、コイル12に通電す
ると、フイールド11とアマチユア4間に強力な
電磁吸引力が発生し、スプリング6の力に打ち勝
つて、速やかにアマチユア4を吸引し、圧着され
ていたインナーデイスク13とアマチユア4、イ
ンナーデイスク13とアウターデイスク14、及
びインナーデイスク13とエンドプレート15の
間に僅かに空隙を作つてブレーキは解放される。
ここで、通電を断つと電磁吸引力はたちまち消滅
し、アマチユア4はスプリング6の力によりアウ
ターデイスク14、インナーデイスク13及びエ
ンドプレート15を圧着するため摩擦力を発生
し、インナーデイスク13とハブ16は制動され
る。本考案は、これを手動で解放する場合であ
り、先ずスクリユーカバー10を取り外した後、
第4〜6図で示すように解放用工具17(ハンド
ル)の先端にアタツチメント18を取り付け、こ
のアタツチメント18の突起部19がスクリユー
8側に設けた溝20に嵌まり、これをねじ込み方
向に回転すれば、アマチユア4に設けたピン5に
固定するレバー3を該スクリユー8の先端が押圧
し、スプリング6の弾発力に打ち勝つてアマチユ
ア4を軸方向に押しやり、ブレーキを解放する。
次に同じ場所でロータシヤフト7を回すには、解
放用工具17からアタツチメント18を取り外
し、その工具17を解放用スクリユー8の中空部
に挿入し、ロータシヤフト7の先端に設ける角座
9に嵌め込み、負荷Lを接続したまま該シヤフト
7を手動で回転する。斯して作業終了後は再び解
放用工具17の先端にアタツチメント18を取り
付け、ブレーキ解放スクリユー8を元の位置に戻
せば、スプリング6の弾発力でアマチユア4が押
しやられ、ブレーキがかかることになる。即ち、
