筒に設けた逃し溝内へ逃げ、昇降筒の下降時埋込
栓カラーの止軸における締頭に係合して、その引
下げを行う球を装入したものであるから、埋込栓
カラーの締結を作業者の台枠内に入ることなく所
謂ワンタツチで行うことが出来るから、軌道用ス
ラブ、の成形能率を著しく増進することが出来る
ばかりでなく、台枠外におけるハンドル操作で締
結を行うことが出来るため、作業が容易であつて
全く危険性を有しないものである。加うるにこの
装置は成形したスラブの蒸気養生に際しては埋込
栓カラーの締結を弛めることが出来るから、養生
熱によりカラーが変形することもないので軌道ス
ラブ用埋込栓カラーの締結装置として業界に極め
て大きな貢献をなし得る。特有の効果を奏するも
のであつた。しかしこのものは、型枠の裏側に逃
し溝を有する誘導筒を設け、この誘導筒間にカム
により押上げられ、ばねにより引下げられる昇降
筒を配設し、該昇降筒の周面には横孔を設けて球
を収容し、この球を昇降筒の上昇時誘導筒の逃し
溝へ逃し、下降時止軸の締頭に係合させる複雑な
構造であるため、製作費が高くついて廉価に市場
提供すすることができず、又、構造上部品の摩耗
損傷による故障を生じ易い問題点を有するもので
あつた。

軸杆4をばね7により伸長と撓みが可能な様に接
合しても良い。8は前記軸杆4に沿つて水平運動
する様に型枠Aに支持させた連杆で、図面第7図
に示す様な板状とし、その一側に軸杆4に対応す
る突片9を設けてある。10は前記連杆8に取付
けた楔体で、図面第3図及び第4図に示す様に軸
杆4の加圧段6を穿孔により形成する場合は、同
図に示す様な板状とし、第5図及び第6図に示す
様に加圧段6を段付加工により形成する場合は、
同図に示す様にU字形に形成してある。11は前
記した連杆8の操作レバーで、前記した型枠Aに
軸12着し、その下端に連杆8を連結してある。
13は前記埋込栓カラー2の上端に設けた筐体
で、その内部に前記した軸杆4におけるT字頭5
に合う孔14と、この孔14の両側に設けて中央
部に前記孔14と直交させた凹部15′を有する
T字頭5の係止部15とを設け、埋込栓カラー2
内でT字頭5を90°回転させると、T字頭5が凹
部15内へ落ち込んで安定する様にしてある。1
