In this device, powder and granular material is supplied into the fixed barrel through a pipe from a powder and granular material inlet provided at the upper part of one end of the fixed barrel, and the powder and granular material is supplied from the powder and granular material inlet to the upper part of the fixed barrel at a slight distance from the powder and granular material inlet. A liquid is supplied through a pipe into the fixed barrel from the liquid inlet provided at the fixed barrel, and the powder and liquid are mixed by rotating the stirring blade in the fixed barrel. It flows out from the outlet.

The powder and granules adhere to the inner surface of the powder introduction part, making it difficult to introduce the powder and granules sufficiently into the fixed barrel, and the powder and granules adhering to the liquid become lumps and form inside the fixed barrel. This has the disadvantage that powder and granules that do not mix with the liquid (hereinafter referred to as mama-powder) are generated, and the powder and the liquid are not mixed sufficiently.

The overflowing liquid supplied to the liquid supply tank is made to flow into the introduction pipe of the powder and granules, and the powder and granules are caused to flow into the mixer from the introduction pipe of the powder and granules. There is also a mixture of liquid and liquid, but in this case,
If the liquid supply tank is not level, the liquid cannot be uniformly supplied into the powder introduction pipe, causing the liquid to adhere to the inner surface of the powder introduction pipe, resulting in the formation of lumps of powder and powder. There was a drawback that the granules and liquid were not mixed sufficiently.

This prevents the powder from adhering to the inner surface of the inlet pipe, allows the powder to be sufficiently fed into the mixer, and allows the powder to mix with the liquid. An object of the present invention is to provide a mixing device for mixing powder and liquid, which can sufficiently mix the powder and liquid.

Then, this liquid passes through the gaps 22 and 17 and is forcibly directed in the direction along the inner surface of the lower introduction pipe 14, jets out into the lower introduction pipe 14, and flows down vigorously along the inner surface of the lower introduction pipe 14. , flows into the barrel 2 via the inlet 3. Therefore, no liquid adheres to the inner surface of the introduction tube 13. Also, this liquid is transferred to the lower introduction pipe 1.
When flowing into the upper introduction pipe 15, it is blocked by the lower end of the upper introduction pipe 15, so that it flows down without adhering to the inner surface of the upper introduction pipe 15.

する。 The liquid and powder that have flowed into the barrel 2 are first stirred and mixed by stirring blades in range A shown in FIG. 4 and sent to range B shown in FIG. The stirring blades within range A transport liquid and powder slightly into the lower inlet pipe 1.
However, since the liquid flows down vigorously along the inner surface of the lower introduction pipe 14 as described above, the powder and granules scattered by the stirring blades adhere to the inner surface of the introduction pipe 13. Never.
Since the stirring blade in the A range is composed of a large number of plate-like pieces, it has a relatively strong conveying force in the axial direction of the barrel 2 at the same time as it mixes the powder and the liquid. Good delivery of liquid to B range.

In the case of paste, the stirring blades except for parts C and D within range B are made up of many round bars, so they mix the powder and liquid well, but the conveyance force in the axial direction of barrel 2 is slightly weak. . Therefore, the plate-like pieces provided at positions C and D shown in FIG. 4 assist in conveying the usually paste-like mixture formed by mixing the powder and liquid.

It can flow down well and can prevent the powder from penetrating in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of flow of the liquid flowing down along the inner surface of the introduction pipe,
It is possible to prevent the powder and granules from adhering to the inner surface of the inlet pipe, thereby preventing the powder and granules from adhering to the liquid and forming lumps, and ensuring that the powder and granules are not sufficiently introduced into the mixer. The powder and liquid can be sufficiently mixed. Further, if the mixer is a stirring mixer and an outlet is provided in the stirring mixer, the powder and granular material and the liquid can be mixed and flowed out continuously.
