Claims (1)
- 測定対象上の標線マークを光学的に検出して前
記測定対象の変位を計測する変位計において、前
記標線マークを所定結像面上に結像せしめる結像
光学系と、前記結像面上に受光面が設けられ前記
標線マークの光像を受光して光電変換しその受光
位置に相応した信号を出力する光電変換素子と、
前記測定対象の変位方向と前記結像光学系の光軸
とに直交する方向にのみ前記光像を拡大する補正
光学系とを具備することを特徴とする光学式変位
計。
