Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 物体に光ビームを投光する光源と、距離測
    定の基準位置の側方に設けられ物体からの反射光
    を集光する円筒レンズと、円筒レンズにより集光
    されたスポツト光を受けるＣＣＤイメージセンサ
    とからなることを特徴とした光学式距離センサ。 (2) ＣＣＤイメージセンサの受光データ中の所
    定レベル以上のデータがある部分の信号を得るＣ
    ＣＤ信号処理回路と、この回路の信号の最初の受
    光位置から最後の受光位置まで連続していること
    を確認する信号連続検出手段と、この検出手段に
    より信号連続の確認を前提に前記信号の最初の受
    光位置と最後の受光位置の平均を取り受光スポツ
    トのセンタを検出するセンタ検出手段を設けたこ
    とを特徴とした請求項(1)記載の光学式距離セン
    サ。 (3) 受光スポツトの幅を制限するリミツタ手段
    を設けたことを特徴とした請求項(2)記載の光学
    式距離センサ。
