Claims (1)
- ベースプレートと、該ベースプレートをはさん
でその両面に装着された金属ケースの対と、前記
ベースプレートを貫通し、さらに前記一方の金属
プレートを通して外部へ引き出した複数本の端子
線と、それぞれの端子線に結線して各金属ケース
内に個別に収容された感温素子の対とを有し、前
記端子線を引き出した側の金属ケースの一部に通
気孔を開口し、他方の金属ケース内を気密に封止
したことを特徴とする感温センサ。
