The purpose is to provide the following.

is formed in the container body 2 provided below the back wall of the container body 2, a silencing mechanism 3 is provided above the hole 1 in the container body 2, and an exhaust pipe 4 is provided at an appropriate position of the container body 2. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the silencing mechanism 3 in the container body 2 is
...With two semi-circular arc-shaped perforated plates 5, 5 facing each other inside the upper container body 2, and as can be seen from the drawings, a plate of a size that closes about 80% of the volume of the container body 2 is placed. A space is formed, and a heat insulating material 6 such as glass wool is filled at the top of the container body 2 via a rectangular perforated plate 7, and approximately between the two perforated plates 5 and the rectangular perforated plate 7 is formed. A triangular cylindrical space is provided, and this part is defined as an interference part 8. Note that 9 in the drawings are mounting holes for bolts 10 for mounting the container body 2 to the engine. In addition, in order to attach the container body 2 to the engine,
The bolt hole for attaching a conventional manifold may be used for attachment, and in this case, the packing used for the manifold can also be used as is.

For example, if the product of the present invention is manufactured for a 4-cylinder engine, when it is used in a 6-cylinder engine, there will be enough space for 2 cylinders. It is also possible to provide a drain pipe in the container body and connect each drain pipe to the lower side of the container body 2 of the product of the present invention.
Furthermore, if the horsepower of the engine is large and the displacement is large,
A space projecting upward and forward of the container body 2 may be provided, and the second noise reduction mechanism 11 may be provided in this space.

極めて実用的効果の高いものである。 When the container body 2 is attached to the engine and the engine is started, the exhaust gas flows from the exhaust port to the hole 1 of the container body 2, rather than through the manifold as in the conventional case.
...The exhaust gas enters directly into the container body 2, is introduced into a wide space, receives an adiabatic expansion effect, dissipates internal energy, and is extremely fast directly from inside the engine by the semicircular arc-shaped perforated plate. The flow of gas exhausted at high speed is guided smoothly and noise and high temperature are eliminated. It can withstand the high heat and noise of gas without using materials that can withstand high heat like conventional exhaust manifolds. It is extremely compact without the use of a manifold, has a good appearance, and requires less assembly time and parts.
It has extremely high practical effects.
