Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 同一平面内にある二つの基準面と、これら
    基準面の間に形成された試料充填空間とを有する
    Ｘ線回折装置の試料ホルダにおいて、 前記基準面に、試料固定ワイヤを案内するため
    のワイヤ案内溝が形成されていることを特徴とす
    る高温用試料ホルダ。 (2) 試料ホルダの側面には、前記基準面上のワ
    イヤ案内溝とは異なる位置に、試料固定ワイヤを
    案内するためのワイヤ案内溝が形成されているこ
    とを特徴とする請求項１記載の高温用試料ホルダ
    。 (3) 試料ホルダの側面には、前記基準面上のワ
    イヤ案内溝とは異なる位置に、標準物質製リボン
    を案内するためのリボン案内溝が形成されている
    ことを特徴とする請求項２記載の高温用試料ホル
    ダ。 (4) 試料ホルダの背面板と前記二つの基準面と
    をつないで前記試料充填空間を画定している二つ
    の内壁面は、前記背面板に対して実質的に垂直な
    平面で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１
    記載の高温用試料ホルダ。
