Claims (1)
- 被測定液の導入口及び排出口を設けた絶縁材に
よつて電極両端において複数の円筒電極を同心円
状に多重に固定し、前記導入口より導いた前記被
測定液を前記電極間に流すと共に、隣接する電極
が互いに反対極性となるように接続した誘電率法
分析計用測定電極。
