  1. イオン分析装置の検出端に直列または並列に配
    置された少なくとも２つのヒータと、各ヒータ間
    における抵抗値を比較・監視していずれのヒータ
    が劣化しているかを検知する回路とを具有してい
    ることを特徴とする、ヒータの劣化検出装置。
