Claims (1)
- 磁場が印加されることによつてその抵抗が変化
する一対の第１、第２磁気抵抗素子と、この一対
の第１、第２磁気抵抗素子の各一端の間に両端が
接続された第１可変抵抗素子と、前記一対の磁気
抵抗素子の各他端の間に第１抵抗と第２可変抵抗
素子と第２抵抗とが直列に接続された第１直列回
路と、前記直列回路の両端に印加される電源とを
有し、所定の温度範囲の上限において前記第１磁
気抵抗素子の他端と前記第１可変抵抗素子の中点
とで形成される第２直列回路の温度係数と前記第
２磁気抵抗素子の他端と前記第１可変抵抗素子の
中点とで形成される第３直列回路の温度係数とが
等しくなるように前記第１可変抵抗の中点の位置
を選定すると共に前記第１、第２可変抵抗の各中
点に現れるオフセツト電圧がゼロになるように前
記第２可変抵抗の中点の位置を選定し、前記磁場
に対応する出力電圧を前記第１、第２可変抵抗素
子の各中点から出力するようにしたことを特徴と
する磁場検出回路。
