Claims (1)
着したのちダイシング加工により当該超音波振動
子を細分化し、これによつて形成される各超音波
振動子の外面に整合層およびレンズ体を各々積層
してなる超音波探触子において、前記背板の長手
方向の両側面に補強板を固着するとともに、該補
強板には外部回路に導通される複数の信号引出し
電極を設け、前記超音波振動子に予め形成した折
返えし電極と前記信号引出し電極とを、ワイヤボ
ンデイング法により導通せしめたことを特徴とす
る超音波探触子。 (2) 角形に形成された超音波振動子を背板に固
着したのちダイシング加工により当該超音波振動
子を細分化し、これによつて形成される各超音波
振動子の外面に整合層およびレンズ体を各々積層
してなる超音波深触子において、前記背板の長手
方向の両側面に補強板を固着するとともに、該補
強板には外部回路に導通される複数の信号引出し
電極を設け、前記超音波振動子に予め形成した折
返えし電極と前記信号引出し電極とを、ワイヤボ
ンデイング法により導通せしめ、同時にこれら各
リード線を前記背板側へわん曲せしめると共に、
このリード線部分全体をモールドにより被覆した
