First, from the state shown in FIG.
, the case where the switching contact 30C is selected and the movable contact 29 is connected to it will be explained. When the movable contact 29 of the changeover switch 8 and the changeover contact 30C are connected, the fixed contact 13C is connected to the power source 4 via the changeover switch 8. Since the fixed contact 13C is currently in contact with one of the conductive parts 14, the current from the power source 4 flows through the movable contact 29 of the changeover switch 8 → the changeover contact 30C → the fixed contact 13C → the conductive part 14 → the connection terminal 18 → the relay 20. Flow from coil to ground.
As a result, the relay 20 is energized and its movable contact 23 is connected to the power supply side terminal MT 1 , so that the current from the power supply 4 is also transmitted to the motor drive circuit 22 from the movable contact 23 of the relay 20 to the motor 9 to the relay. 21, the movable contact 25→ground, and the motor 9 is rotated in the normal direction. When the motor 9 rotates forward, the drive body 7
is moved in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 3, and thereby the headlamp 1 is rotated in the direction shown by the solid line arrow in FIG. At the same time, the rotary plate 12 is rotated counterclockwise, the conductive part 14 first leaves contact with the fixed contact 13B, then leaves the contact with the fixed contact 13C, and the fixed contact 13C becomes an insulating part. 17, the conductive parts 14 and 1
5 (the state shown in FIG. 6A). Fixed contact 13C is insulating part 1
7, the movable contacts 23 and 25 of the relays 20 and 21 are both connected to the ground side terminals BT 1 and BT 2 , and the two terminals 24 and 26 of the motor 9 are short-circuited, so the motor 9 is The rotation is stopped, and the rotation of the rotary plate 12 and the movement of the driving body 7 are also stopped. Therefore, the direction of the headlight 1 is determined by the tilt angle at the time when the movement of the driver 7 is stopped.

Next, from the state shown in FIG. 6A, selector switch 8
A case will be described in which the switching contact 30B is selected and the movable contact 29 is connected to it. When the movable contact 29 of the changeover switch 8 and the changeover contact 30B are connected, the fixed contact 13B is connected to the power source 4 via the changeover switch 8. Since the fixed contact 13B is currently in contact with the other conductive part 15, the current from the power source 4 is transferred to the movable contact 2 of the changeover switch 8.
9 → switching contact 30B → fixed contact 13B → conductive part 1
5 → connection terminal 19 → coil of relay 21 → ground. As a result, the movable contact 25 of the relay 21
is connected to the power supply terminal MT 2 , and the current from the power supply 4 is connected to the movable contact 25 for the motor drive circuit 22.
→ Motor 9 → Movable contact 23 → Grounding, and the motor 9 is rotated in the reverse direction. When the motor 9 is reversed, the driver 7 is moved in the opposite direction of arrow A in FIG. 3, thereby rotating the headlamp 1 in the direction indicated by the dashed arrow in FIG. being moved. At the same time, the rotary plate 12 is rotated clockwise, and the conductive part 15 is connected to the fixed contact 13.
B, the fixed contact 13B leaves contact with the insulating part 17
A state in which the conductive parts 14 and 15 are not in contact with each other (the state shown in FIG. 6B)
placed in When the fixed contact 13B comes into contact with the insulating part 17, the circuit through which current flows to the relay 21 is opened, so the movable contacts 23 and 25 of the relays 20 and 21 are both connected to the connection terminals BT 1 and BT 2 ,
The terminals 24 and 26 of the motor 9 are short-circuited, the rotation of the motor 9 is stopped, and the rotation of the rotating plate 12 and the movement of the driving body 7 are also stopped. Therefore, the direction of the headlamp 1 is determined by the tilt angle at the time when the movement of the driver 7 is stopped.

1 Equipped with a headlamp held so as to be tiltable with respect to the vehicle body, a drive unit that tilts the headlight, and an operation unit that operates the drive unit, and the drive unit has a motor and a motor that allows the headlight to be tilted relative to the vehicle body. a driving body that is moved in position and connected to a part of the headlamp, and a multi-stage switching control unit;
The operation unit includes an operation switch having a movable contact and a plurality of switching contacts whose connections are switched by the movable contact, and the multi-stage switching control unit includes a plurality of fixed contacts each connected to the plurality of switching contacts. The rotary plate is provided with a rotating plate that rotates in contact with the fixed contacts, and the rotating plate is relatively rotated according to the movement of the driving body, and has a circular conductive area on a surface that contacts the plurality of fixed contacts. The parts that differ by approximately 180 degrees are removed to form two approximately semicircular conductive parts, each of which is connected to a motor drive relay, and the movable contacts of each relay are connected to the motor drive circuit. These contacts are short-circuited when both of the two relays are de-energized, so that when either one of the relays is energized, the motor rotates in the normal direction, and the other is energized. The motor is connected to a power supply circuit so as to reverse the motor when A relay connected to one of the conductive parts that comes in contact is energized, thereby causing the motor to rotate forward or reverse, and the contact between the fixed contact and the conductive part is separated by the rotation of the rotary plate as the motor rotates. An irradiation angle adjustment device for a vehicle headlamp, characterized in that the rotation of the motor is stopped at certain times.
