導びくためのものであります。There is a prior art document, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 14988/1988, which describes a showcase that has an open front side and closes this opening with an air curtain of forced circulation of cold air. In particular, Fig. 2 of this publication discloses a technique in which a step is formed in the top wall of a partition plate forming a cold air passage so that the height increases from the rear to the front, and a hole is formed in this step. This hole directs some of the cold air flowing through the cold air passage into the storage room in order to keep the temperature of the top wall of the partition plate near the cold air outlet above the dew point temperature of the indoor cold air and prevent condensation on the ceiling wall. It is meant to lead you to the top.

In order to increase the amount of cold air blown out directly, it is necessary to increase the height of the vertical surface. In other words, in order to provide this hole, the height between the top shelf and the ceiling wall of the partition board must be increased. The hole must be made narrower by at least the length of the hole in the vertical direction, which has the problem of reducing the effective volume inside the refrigerator. In particular, when a plurality of steps are to be formed, the effective volume inside the refrigerator will be further reduced in proportion to the number of steps, and there is a concern that the reduction will not be negligible.

There was a problem in that the air in the storage room was pulled out (so-called ejector), and the original purpose of the filter was to prevent dew condensation.

To provide a low-temperature showcase, which has an air outlet formed at the rear upper part and an air inlet formed at the rear lower part, and in which cold air is forced to flow from the air outlet toward the suction port and an air curtain is formed behind the opening. The ceiling wall of the partition board has a step surface, an upper step surface that extends to the upper end of the step surface and is located on the leeward side, and a lower step surface that continues to the lower end of the step surface and is located on the windward side. A plurality of holes are formed in this step so as to span the step surface and at least one of the upper and lower surfaces to direct a portion of the cold air flowing through the cold air passage to the lower surface of the ceiling wall of the storage room. It was designed to guide you.

Compared to the case where the holes are completely formed, the height of this step surface is smaller, and the amount of decrease in the internal volume due to the formation of the step is smaller. In addition, the cold air guided into the refrigerator from the hole easily flows through the intersection of the upper and lower step surfaces and the step surface, and air stagnation that is not affected by the flow of cold air is less likely to form in this ceiling wall portion.

A storage room 16 with metal partition plates 12 and a bottom plate 13 arranged at appropriate intervals and equipped with a plurality of shelves 14 and a fluorescent lamp 15 as an illumination device, a plate fin type cooler 17, and an air blower. 18, partition plate 12 and bottom plate 13

A Suita port 20 and a suction port 21 that face each other are formed along both upper and lower edges of the inner side. In this example, in order to make the width of the opening of the upper case 4 smaller than the width of the front opening of the heat insulating wall 3, a transparent window is installed at the front end of the side wall as an inclined wall that slopes inward toward the front (this is called a bay window). The upper case with a bay window is sometimes called a bay window case)22
The air outlet 20 is formed such that the width (horizontal width) of the air outlet 20 is larger than the width of the opening of the upper case 4.

A handrail 32 is provided as a handrail made of metal such as stainless steel that decorates the three sides of the opening 5 of the heat insulating wall 6, and a Vibe-on as a main cooler is provided on the outer surface of an inner box 33 that is the inner wall of the heat insulating wall 6. The inside of the freezer compartment 36 is cooled by natural convection of cold air heat exchanged between the sheet type cooler 34 and a roll bond type cooler 35 as an auxiliary cooler provided at the lower part of the ceiling wall 6A.

It is constructed so that a space K can be formed at the rear, and its side walls communicate with each other. Then, the above-mentioned space K may be used to install a drain pipe 43 for guiding the waste water from the upper case 4 to the machine room 40.

As a result, the opening 2 of the upper case 4 formed by the door support frame 23 is closed by the transparent door 11 which is rotatably supported by the hinge 10! a. The top wall 12A of the partition plate 12 includes a step surface 52, and an upper step surface 51A connected to the upper end of the step surface 52 and located on the leeward side.
Lower step surface 51 connected to the lower end of step surface 52 and located on the windward side
B is provided with a step 53 having a height difference between at least one of the upper step surface 51A and the lower step surface 51B and the step surface 52.
A plurality of holes 54 of an appropriate shape (circular in this example) are formed so as to span both of the holes.

This is to prevent the upper and lower stage surfaces 51A, 51
By forming the hole 54 across B and the step surface 52, the height of the same surface can be made smaller than when the hole is formed only on the step surface even if the opening area is the same. Therefore, the height that can be stored in the storage chamber 16 can be increased compared to the conventional one. Also, in the conventional model, the upper surface sxA
At the intersection of the step surface 52 and the step surface 52, cold air did not flow in and air stagnation occurred, but by forming the holes 54 as in this example, the cold air can easily flow into this intersection. This makes it difficult for air stagnation to form.

The width of the main air outlet 20A is set to be larger than the width of the opening 2 formed by the door support frame 23. The left and right sides are each approximately 201,111 large.

Since the hole 54 is formed so as to straddle both the lower step surface 51B located on the windward side, even if the hole has the same opening area, the difference in the step surface is better compared to the case where the hole is formed only in the step surface. The length in the height direction can be reduced. In addition, since the hole is formed so as to straddle the upper and lower step surfaces and the step surface, the cold air led into the storage chamber 16 through the hole will cause air stagnation at the intersection between the upper and lower step surfaces and the step surface. To make <<shi,
It is possible to avoid condensation at intersections where condensation is likely to occur.

Therefore, the height of the step surface can be made smaller in the present invention compared to the case where holes are formed only on the step surface with the same shape and the same opening area, and the height of the step surface can be reduced. It is possible to reduce the decrease in the internal volume of the warehouse. In addition, the cold air led into the storage room through the holes formed across the straddle is less likely to stagnate at the intersections of the upper and lower step surfaces and the step surfaces (so-called corners), and the cold air is efficiently blown against the lower surface of the ceiling wall. It is possible to prevent condensation from occurring.
