Claims (1)
- 軽合金製の深底リムと軽合金製デイスクとが、
溶接結合されて構成されている軽合金製ホイール
において、デイスク外周部のうち少くとも、リム
のサイドウオール部と当接するデイスク外周端部
が、デイスクのリムドロツプ部と嵌合されるデイ
スク嵌合部と同軸芯状に加工されており、かつデ
イスクのデイスク外周端部とデイスク嵌合部との
間の部分はリムのドロツプ部とサイドウオール部
とを結ぶＲ部の曲率半径と同一かそれよりも小さ
な曲率半径の曲線で結ばれており、さらにリムと
デイスクとはデイスクのデイスク嵌合部の端部と
リムのドロツプ部とを溶接することにより、結合
されていることを特徴とする軽合金製ホイール。
