Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイスクの外周部をリムフランジの形状とした
    軽合金製デイスクと、一端にリムビードシートを
    有し、他端にリムフランジを有する軽合金製リム
    とを溶接結合するツーピース軽合金製ホイールに
    おいて、 前記デイスクは、前記外周部の裏側にリム内周
    面と嵌合するリム嵌合用段部とリムドロツプ部を
    支持するリムドロツプ受け部を有しており、 前記リムは、そのリムビードシート端部が軸方
    向にほぼストレートに延ばされており、 前記リムは、リムビードシート端部が前記デイ
    スク外周部の裏側面からデイスクビードシート部
    にいたる位置でかつリムビードシート端部の内周
    面がリム嵌合用段部に嵌合された状態で、前記デ
    イスクに溶接接合されるとともに、前記デイスク
    のリムドロツプ受け部と前記リムドロツプも溶接
    接合されていることを特徴とするツーピース軽合
    金ホイール。
