Claims (1)
- 電力用ＭＯＳ―ＦＥＴを主回路スイツチ素子と
する電力変換装置において、前記ＦＥＴの寄生ダ
イオードの電流阻止方向で該ＦＥＴに直列接続し
たダイオード９Ｕと、このダイオードとＦＥＴの
直列回路に逆並列接続した逆電流バイパス用ダイ
オード４Ｕと、前記ダイオード９ＵとＦＥＴの接
続点と電源ラインとの間に接続して該ダイオード
を通したサージ電圧をバイパスさせるバイパスコ
ンデンサ７Ｕと、前記ダイオード９Ｕと並列接続
して前記コンデンサを放電させる放電抵抗８Ｕと
を備えたことを特徴とする電力変換装置。
