Claims (1)
- 所定の直流電源電圧の入力に対応して、特定の
電源制御信号により制御されて、所定のメモリ回
路に対する前記直流電源電圧の供給をオン・オフ
する半導体スイツチと、前記半導体スイツチを介
して入力される前記直流電源電圧を安定化させて
、所定の定常電圧を生成するレギユレータと、前
記レギユレータの出力側に、電源供給主回路に対
し直列接続される形で配置される逆流防止ダイオ
ードと、前記メモリ回路を負荷として、前記逆流
防止ダイオードの負荷側に、接地点に対するバイ
パス回路が形成されるように接続される大容量コ
ンデンサまたは充電可能な蓄電池と、特定の時間
関係の規制の下に、前記電源制御信号を生成して
出力するタイマと、を備えることを特徴とするメ
モリバツクアツプ回路。
