本考案は天井クレーンの如き移動機械における
集電用トロリーピツトの開口部カバーの改良に関

該帯状平板部2の下面から突出し案内ローラ(図
示せず)の凹溝に嵌入する位置に設けた突条3と
からなり、前記側壁1には下向き開放の切欠溝4
を設けてある。前記補強線材bは、帯状本体の長

進行すると共に、端縁部分を覆う帯状本体部分の
損傷により帯状本体の補強線材被覆力が低下して
いるので、補強線材の露出部分は増大し、人が何
回も乗る等により曲げ応力を残留している補強線
材の端部分は帯状本体から上方に突出するように
なる。そして、この突出した補強線材の端部分
は、移動機械が通過する際に移動機械のローラや
ローラケースに引掛り、そのために補強線材が帯
状本体から引き離されたり、帯状本体が捩られて
カバーの該捩られた部分がピツトの開口内に入り
込むなどの事故が発生するという問題をもつてい

比べて低く、従つて補強線材の端縁部分が露出す
るまでの使用期間と、該露出後、補強線材の端部
の相当部分が露出するまでの期間と、さらに、そ
の後補強線材の露出端部分が帯状本体から離れて
上方に突出するまでの期間との何れもが従来のカ
バーに比べて大巾に長くなる。従つて余裕をもつ
てカバーの保守点検、修理又は交換を行うことが
でき、従来生じていた補強線材の離脱、カバーの
捩れを防止でき、従つて補強線材が離脱したとこ
ろに誤つて乗ること、又カバー上のものがトロリ
ーピツト内に落下すること、という事故の原因と
なる事態の発生を除去できるという効果がある。
