When using a water-based paint, it does not harm the working environment, but there are also problems such as the drying time of the paint being long and the drying of the paint requiring a large amount of energy.

However, it is necessary to attach and contact the sheet, making it difficult to control heating and pressurization. In addition, since paper, textile fabric, nonwoven fabric, etc. are used as the sheet-like base material impregnated with the radical reaction initiator, when coating the surface of an article with uneven or curved surfaces, the composite sheet is difficult to stretch. It has the disadvantage that "wrinkles" tend to occur and it is difficult to form a good film on the surface of the article. Furthermore, before heating, the composite sheet does not have adhesive properties to the article, so when attaching the composite sheet to the surface of the article, it is necessary to mechanically temporarily fix the composite sheet to the article. In addition, in the sheet-like paint disclosed in JP-A-58-57472, the back side is not sticky at room temperature, so it is difficult to work when pasting it on the surface of an article. Moreover, when the article to which the sheet-like paint is applied becomes hot, the back surface becomes soft and the adhesiveness decreases. 1. Since the back surface is formed of a true melt layer, it has the disadvantage of insufficient hardness at room temperature or high temperature.

Such reactive acrylic resins include, for example, (meth)acrylic acid ester monomers, styrene derivative monomers, (meth)acrylic acid ester monomers having hydroxyl groups such as 2- and droxyethyl (meth)acrylate, and 2-amino It is obtained by copolymerizing a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having an amino group, such as ethyl (meth)acrylate, or a monomer having a carboxyl group, such as (meth)acrylic acid. The weight average molecular weight of the reactive acrylic resin can be changed depending on the conditions when performing a polymerization reaction using an initiator, and the reactive acrylic resin used in the first invention has a weight average molecular weight of 100, 000~t, o o o,
Those in the range o o o are selected. When the weight average molecular weight is less than 100.000, it becomes difficult for the obtained thermosetting coating sheet to maintain its sheet shape. Therefore, for example, when pasting is applied, sufficient elongation cannot be obtained during stretching, and cracks or cracks may occur in some cases. Conversely, if the weight average molecular weight exceeds 1.000,000, the composition with blocked isocyanate will have poor moldability, making it difficult to prepare a thermosetting corrugated sheet.

Examples of the above-mentioned isocyanate compounds include monomers such as tolylene diisocyanate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, and inphorone diisocyanate, or trimethylolpronohydrol adducts and incyanurate modified products thereof;
There are carbodiimide modified products.

The functional group value is the hydroxyl value, amine group value, and acid The amino group value is a value determined by calculating the amount of amino groups added during polymerization in the same way as the hydroxyl value, or by reacting the amino groups with nitrous acid and converting them into hydroxyl groups. The amount of carboxyl groups added at the time is calculated in the same way as the amount of hydroxyl groups, or the amount of carboxyl groups is determined using KOH, etc.) to cause a crosslinking reaction.

The adhesive layer may contain the filler, anti-aging agent, coloring agent, rust preventive, etc. used in the coating layer, if necessary. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer thus obtained has tackiness in a state before curing, and adheres well to the above-mentioned coating layer, as well as to the surface of an article. Conversely, if the weight average molecular weight is 10. If it exceeds OOO, no plasticizing effect will be produced. The reactive acrylic oligomer is preferably added in an amount of 1 to 100 parts by weight, more preferably 1 to 50 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the solid content of the reactive acrylic resin. When the amount of oligomer added is small, the flexibility of the thermosetting coating sheet becomes poor. Conversely, when the amount increases, the viscosity decreases and fluidity increases, making it difficult to maintain the sheet shape.

The thermoplastic resin is a reactive acrylic resin with a solid content of 100
It is preferably added in an amount of 1 to 30 parts by weight, more preferably 5 to 20 parts by weight. If the amount of the thermoplastic resin added is less than 1 part by weight, it is not possible to expect much improvement in flexibility, and if the amount added is more than 30 parts by weight, the spreadability and hardness of the sheet will be poor.
