Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the inside of a housing box from being bedewed caused by the injection of external air by providing a shielding air blasting route between a blow-out port provided on the upper end of an opening part of the front surface of a main body, and a blowing-out port provided on the lower end of the opening part and always forming an air layer circulated with the ventilation of a blast fan. CONSTITUTION:The air is sucked from a sucking port 8 provided on the lower end of the opening part into an air blasting route 11 with an air blasting fan 16. This air is blown through the blasting route 11 to a blowing-out port 9 in the upper end of the opening part. The air blown out from the blowing-out port 9 passes through a shielding air blasting route 18 provided between the back surface of a heat insulation door 6 and the front surface of a merchandise housing shelf 7, along an opening part 2 and sucked into the sucking port 8 again. Then, the air is circulated and by the layer of this circulated air, the opening part 2 including the sending-out port 21 of the heat insulation door 6 is blocked. Thus, the generation of bedewing can be prevented in the housing box.

Further, the present invention operates and stops the cooling device by the control device based on the temperature information @i,:m from the temperature detection device that detects the temperature inside the storage, and the cold air cooled by the cooling device is transferred by the blower fan. It circulates through the ventilation passages and openings to cool the inside of the storage. Then, the temperature detection means on the cooler side or the temperature detection means on the inside of the storage unit detects that there is no more than a predetermined temperature difference between the temperature on the cooler side and the temperature on the inside of the storage unit due to stopping of the cooling device, etc. When detected by the temperature information, the control means operates the heating device to maintain the inside of the storage at a higher temperature than the cooler side, and continues the dehumidification operation by the cooler.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the air sucked into the ventilation passage by the ventilation fan from the suction port at the lower end of the opening is cooled by a cooler provided in the ventilation passage, and is blown out to the air outlet at the upper end of the opening. The cold air blown out from the outlet passes along the opening through a shielded ventilation passage installed between the back of the heat-insulating door and the front of the product storage shelf, and is sucked into the inlet again for circulation. At this time, one part of the insulation door, including the outlet, is opened and closed by the circulating cold air layer. When the inside of the storage cabinet is cooled to a predetermined temperature, the temperature detector is activated. When the temperature inside the storage reaches a predetermined amount, the cooling device is stopped, and the heating device installed inside the storage is activated. Also, when the temperature inside the storage reaches a predetermined amount, the temperature detector is activated, the heating device is stopped, and the cooling device is activated. Acts to start driving.

The present invention is applicable when there is no predetermined temperature difference between the temperature inside the storage (10) and the temperature of the cooler (12), or when the cooler (12) is stopped ti=L. By operating the heater (27), it is possible to maintain a temperature difference between the temperature inside the storage compartment (10) and the temperature of the cooler (13). Therefore, the dehumidification effect of the cooler (13) continues to occur, and dew condensation within the storage compartment (10) is prevented.

In addition, in Japan (excluding snowy areas), in seasons when the monthly average daily maximum temperature is below 25 degrees Celsius, the average humidity is 6 degrees Celsius.
Therefore, in vending machines that sell cigarettes as a product, it is recommended to set the predetermined temperature at which the outside temperature detector 28) operates to around 25 degrees Celsius.
When the temperature is below C, both the cooling device (12) and the heater (27) are stopped to prevent overcooling and overdrying of the product.

(G) Effects of the Invention The present invention provides a shielded ventilation passage between the Suita port provided at the upper end of the opening on the front surface of the main body and the air outlet provided at the lower end of the opening, and provides dust through the shielded ventilation passage. Because it is constructed so that a circulating air layer is constantly formed by the air blown by the fan,
Since it is possible to prevent outside air from entering the storage compartment not only when the door is closed but also when the door is open, the temperature inside the storage compartment can be maintained stably and product quality deterioration can be prevented. Furthermore, since dew condensation inside the storage due to the inflow of outside air can be prevented, it is possible to prevent deterioration in the quality of products due to dew condensation and to prevent poor delivery of products due to sticking.

In addition, the present invention allows the opening at the 1-9F end of the delivery sifter provided on the back side of the door to be positioned in correspondence with the air outlet provided at the upper end of the opening on the front surface of the main body, and the air blown from the air outlet to the air outlet. Since the structure is such that air is blown through the chute and to the suction port provided at the lower end of the opening, it is possible to reliably prevent dew condensation inside the delivery chute, reducing product quality and preventing product delivery failures due to sticking. This has the effect of being able to prevent

In addition, unreleased QJI can be detected by turning on the heater inside the storage compartment and changing the temperature between the temperature inside the storage compartment and the temperature on the cooler side (when a temperature difference of more than a predetermined value does not occur). Since the temperature difference is maintained and the dehumidifying effect of the cooler is maintained, it is possible to prevent condensation from forming inside the storage.Condensation 2. Furthermore, the present invention operates or stops (7) a cooling device provided in the ventilation passage to cool the air circulating in the ventilation passage, the inside of the passage, and the shielded ventilation passage, depending on the temperature inside the storage. In addition to stabilizing the temperature at a predetermined level, when the cooling device stops, the heating device inside the storage can be activated to maintain the temperature difference between the cooler of the cooling device and the inside of the storage, so even when warm outside air flows in, the heating device inside the storage can be activated. Since it is designed to prevent dew condensation in (1), it is possible to prevent deterioration of product quality due to temperature and humidity, and also to prevent defective delivery of products due to dew condensation.
