バネの荷重を受ける可撓体と、該可撓体に貼着さ
れた歪ゲージとからなることを特徴とする静止形
メカニカルシール。 ３ 請求項１において、前記圧力センサは、圧電
素子からなることを特徴とする静止形メカニカル
シール。
