Claims (1)
- 振動体を有する超音波モータにおいて、モータ
のケースと、一方の面に圧電素子が取りつけられ
、反対の面にその振動をロータに伝える突起を有
する振動体と、前記ケースの上部に取りつけられ
、前記振動体を支持する支持装置と、前記ケース
と前記振動体との間に設けられ、前記振動体をロ
ータ側に圧接する加圧ばねと、前記振動体の振動
により回転するロータと、前記ケースの内側に設
けられ、前記ロータの外周部を回転可能に軸支す
る軸受けを有することを特徴とする超音波モータ
。
