Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は加圧導電ゴムをスイツチ素子として用
いたスイツチに係り、安価なものを提供しようと
するものである。
従来の加圧導電ゴムを用いたスイツチとして
は、第１図に示すように片面に接点パターン１を
設け、一部にスルホール２を形成して他面に導通
パターン３を形成したスルホールプリント基板４
を用い、接点パターン１を設けた側に加圧導電ゴ
ム５を配置し、接点部に対応する加圧導電ゴム５
を加圧してスイツチングを行なうように構成され
ていた。
この構成において、実装密度の高いキーボード
スイツチとしては、上述のようにスルホールプリ
ント基板４を用いる必要があり、このスルホール
プリント基板４は片面パターンのみのプリント基
板に対してコスト面で著しく高くなり、実用化を
計る上で大きな障害となつていた。
本発明は以上のような従来の欠点を除去するも
のであり、安価なスイツチを提供しようとするも
のである。
以下、本発明の実施例を図面第２図により説明
する。
６は片面に接点パターン７を印刷などの方法に
よつて形成されたプリント基板で、このプリント
基板６の接点パターン７の形成面には加圧導電ゴ
ムシート８が配置されている。この加圧導電ゴム
シート８はシリコンゴムにニツケル粉末を縦方向
にある間隔をもつて配列させた日本合成ゴム株式
会社製のものを用いる。
この上部には接点パターン７の接点部に対応す
る加圧導電ゴムシート８を加圧する窓部９を形成
した絶縁物よりなるハウジング１０が配置されて
おり、このハウジング１０の加圧導電ゴムシート
８側の接点パターン７間を導通させたい部分には
突部１１が設けられ、この突部１１間には金属箔
などの導電層１２が設けられている。
すなわち、この突部１１によつて加圧導電ゴム
シート８に常に加圧を加えて、接点パターン７と
導電層１２を導通状態にして導電層１２をジヤン
パーとして利用しようとするものである。
なお、この導電層１２は加圧導電ゴムシート８
のハウジング１０側に印刷や貼付けなどによつて
形成してもよい。
以上のように本発明のスイツチは加圧導電ゴム
シートあるいはハウジングに導電層を設け、ハウ
ジングに加圧用の突部を設けているため、プリン
ト基板としては片面に接点パターンを形成したも
のを用いることができてスルホールプリント基板
を用いるものに比較して著しく安価となり、スイ
ツチとしても安価なものとなり、実用性に富んだ
ものとなる。

第２図は本発明のスイツチの一実施例を示す断面

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 接点パターンを形成したプリント基板に加圧
    導電ゴムシートをスイツチ素子として組込み、上
    記プリント基板として片面プリント基板を用い、
    このプリント基板の接点パターン形成面に加圧導
    電ゴムシートを配置し、この加圧導電ゴムシート
    上に上記接点パターン間の導通を必要とする部分
    に加圧用の突部を設けたハウジングを配置し、こ
    の突部間を導通させる導電層をハウジングまたは
    加圧導電ゴムシート上に形成してなるスイツチ。
