第１図は本考案による電源スイツチ回路の第一
実施例の回路図、第２図は同じく第二実施例の回
路図、第３図は従来のスイツチ回路図、第４図は
同じく時定数回路を接続したスイツチ回路図であ
る。 １：スイツチ回路、２：電源ＯＮ／ＯＦＦ入力
端子、３：時定数回路、３ａ：抵抗、３ｂ：コン
デンサ、４：インバータ回路、５：オープンコレ
クタ型のインバータ回路、６：抵抗、７：第一の
トランジスタ、８：抵抗、９：第二のトランジス
タ。
実施例の回路図、第２図は同じく第二実施例の回
路図、第３図は従来のスイツチ回路図、第４図は
同じく時定数回路を接続したスイツチ回路図であ
る。 １：スイツチ回路、２：電源ＯＮ／ＯＦＦ入力
端子、３：時定数回路、３ａ：抵抗、３ｂ：コン
デンサ、４：インバータ回路、５：オープンコレ
クタ型のインバータ回路、６：抵抗、７：第一の

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外部から入力した信号により電源のＯＮ／ＯＦ
Ｆを電気的に制御するスイツチ回路に、スイツチ
の作動を遅延させる時定数回路を接続した電源ス
イツチ回路であつて、 外部から入力した電源ＯＦＦ信号を入力した場
合に、上記スイツチ回路を瞬時にＯＦＦ制御する
回路を設けたことを特徴とする電源スイツチ回路
。
