記の欠点がある。Conventional technology A conventional large hot air drying device is shown in Figure 4 (side sectional view).
As shown in FIG.
Several pieces are hung as one lot from the hot air drying chamber 13'a (13' is the main body) and conveyed to the entrance side conveyor 14'a by a conveying means (not shown) such as a trolley installed outside the hot air drying chamber 13'a (13' is the main body). The conveyor 14'a moves sequentially in the direction of the arrow until it reaches the drying chamber 13'a.
reaches the delivery position to the inlet side lifter 15'a. One lot of workpieces 11' that have reached the same position are supported by the basket 16'a of the entrance side lifter 15'a at the delivery position of the entrance side conveyor 14'a, and are lifted up (details of the mechanism are omitted). 'a and reaches the upper limit position of the inlet side lifter 15'a, the drive source 1 disposed outside the drying chamber 13'a
7', the pushing pawl 19' of the cross-feeding rod 18' installed in the drying chamber 13'a pushes the carrier bar 12' of one lot of workpieces 11', which has reached the above-mentioned upper limit position, to 1P. (Pitch) Move horizontally.
That is, the workpiece 11' that has reached the upper limit position is transferred from the basket 16'a portion of the inlet side lifter 15'a to the transfer rail 20' in the drying chamber 13'a.
The pitch is fed by repeating the operation of the horizontal feed mechanism (rod 18', push claw 19') several times,
It reaches the position where it is transferred to the outlet side lifter 15'b (during which time the object to be processed 11' is dried). The object to be processed 11' is transferred to the basket 16'b at the upper limit position of the outlet side lifter 15'b, and the basket 16'b is lowered by the operation of the outlet side lifter 15'b, and the object to be processed 11' is moved out of the drying chamber 13'a. Get out. At the same time as it exits, the object to be processed 11' is transferred onto the exit side conveyor 14'b, and by the operation of the conveyor 14'b, it is moved to a conveyance/delivery position to the next process. 21' is a hot air introduction duct device (for circulation blowing), and 22' is a hot air discharge duct device (for circulation suction). The conventional large hot air drying apparatus described above has the following drawbacks.

Misalignment due to thermal expansion, such as a shift in the delivery level, and malfunctions due to backlash or interference may occur.

There is a problem in that it is not possible to take individual measures such as adjusting the residence time in the drying chamber for each lot.

It is necessary to provide appropriate drying conditions (temperature, residence time in the drying chamber, etc.) corresponding to each workpiece in each lot.

It is a well-known condition that each item to be processed is of the same type and sent to the production line as the same lot, but recently, processing equipment that can handle the production of a wide variety of products in small quantities and the trend towards higher quality products has become required to accommodate detailed conditions. Therefore, in the drying apparatus according to the present invention, in order to vary the drying conditions for each lot, the objects to be dried can be taken in and out of the drying chamber individually, and the drying conditions can be individually set for each lot. It uses a programmable timer that operates according to the residence time in the drying chamber. Of course, if the objects to be processed in each lot have the same size and shape, the above-mentioned timer may be set so as to equalize the residence time in the drying chamber.

It has a plurality of individual lifter devices which are raised to a drying position and, after staying there for a required period of time, are lowered and transferred onto the conveyor. That is, in the present invention, instead of transporting the objects to be processed horizontally in the drying chamber as in conventional equipment, a lifter device is installed for each of the plurality of objects to be processed. Since the drying chamber is moved in and out of the drying chamber, and the cross-feeding mechanism within the drying chamber is eliminated, the above-mentioned drawbacks caused by the cross-feeding mechanism within the drying chamber can be completely eliminated.

(Lifter device that raises and lowers the processed material)
The lower part of the drying chamber is provided with an opening/closing lid that opens and closes the opening of the drying chamber in conjunction with the lifting and lowering operations of each lifter device. A portion of the opening/closing lid is cut out to prevent it from hitting the lifter device when opening/closing.

This device only utilizes both ends of the opening for the material inlet/outlet, and the heat loss from the through holes of the conventional device is drastically reduced. In other words, the conventional transverse feed mechanism located in the upper part of the drying chamber and the related drive transmission mechanism penetrating the drying chamber wall are unnecessary.

When the robots stop at the delivery positions L〓 and L〓, the baskets 6 of each lifter device located at the lower limit positions rise, and the workpieces of each lot are transferred to the respective baskets 6 via the carrier bars 3 of each lot.
It is supported by the drying chamber and rises into the drying chamber. In other words, at this time, the prime movers 10 corresponding to the respective lifter devices L and L are activated to raise each basket 6 supporting the carrier bar of each lot, and reach the upper limit position, that is, the retention position in the drying chamber 1a. At this point, each basket 6 stops. Here, after the required residence time corresponding to the short-sized workpiece 2a and the long workpiece 2b, that is, after the completion of the dry baking process (the operating time of each prime mover 7 is adjusted by a timer), respectively. The baskets 6 of the lifter device are individually lowered and returned to the traverse conveyor 4. Further, by the operation of the same conveyor device 4, the materials are transported laterally to a delivery position B for the subsequent process, and are sequentially transported out of the device. Each of the aforementioned lifter devices L〓,
When the object lot to be processed enters and exits the drying chamber 1a by the operation of L〓, each opening/closing lid 8 opens and closes the opening in conjunction with each other, and opens only when each lifter basket is being moved up and down, and closes at other times. Needless to say, this prevents thermal energy from being dissipated due to outflow of hot air in the drying chamber 1a.

It is also possible to carry out the drying process for the same period of time, or it is also possible to separately deliver and dry the object lot to be processed at the position and the lot at the position. For example, a lot of objects to be processed can be processed at 20-minute intervals, and it is also possible to process at 10-minute intervals, or it is also possible to set a residence drying time for each lot of objects to be processed. However, in the present invention, each motor that operates each lifter device can be installed using a partial opening of the inlet/outlet of the processed material at the bottom of the drying chamber. There are no through holes, which greatly reduces heat loss.

A conveyor for transversely transporting processed materials, which has a predetermined length from a receiving position from a process to a delivery position to a post-processing process, and has a portion in the middle for delivering each lot processed material to a lifting lifter device. Since it is only necessary to provide , the overall structure is simplified.

By adopting etc.
Since drying conditions can be selected individually, it is now possible to immediately respond to the drying requirements of a wide variety of products (different types of paint, coating film thickness, dimensions and shapes of materials to be treated, etc.).
