, S is emitted for the purpose of coating on vibration damping materials, and is not a good product. It has drawbacks in flexibility and toughness, and when coated on vibration damping materials, it is likely to cause film defects such as cracks. 6th next.

Conventional paints cannot follow the displacement of the outer panels and the resulting displacement of the damping material. As a result, there were problems such as cracking in the damping material and a tendency for the cracks to propagate due to displacement of the damping material.

Compared to plastic molds, it improves the flexibility and toughness of the coating film, follows changes in vibration damping materials, and solves problems such as cracking.
以下本発明の塗料の材料について説明する。The materials of the coating material of the present invention will be explained below.

Since the flexibility and water resistance of these coating films are inferior to that of mica, it is necessary to use mica in combination. The blending ratio of mica is 30 to 300 parts per 100 parts of epoxy resin.
If the blending ratio of mica is less than 30 parts to the epoxy resin (solid content), the water resistance will decrease, and if it is more than 300 parts, the elongation rate of the coating film will decrease. and cracks are more likely to occur.

When the ratio is less than 1/(L2), the water resistance of the coating film decreases, and when it is 1/12 or more, the water resistance also decreases.

The type of dimer acid and the proportion of trimer acid and monomer acid are arbitrary.
