There was a problem where a part of the periphery of the image seemed to shine more than other parts.

In a display device configured to be fitted so that they are flush with each other and illuminated from the back side of the lens member by a lighting device, an engaging portion consisting of a plurality of stepped portions is formed on the inner peripheral edge of the fitting hole, and the An engaged portion consisting of a plurality of steps that engages with the engaging portion is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the lens member, and the first step on the front side of the lens member of the engaged portion is directed toward the back surface. It used to be characterized by being made by sloping the board so that the thickness of the board gradually decreases.

A fitting hole 2 in the shape of an arrow is formed in this substrate 1, and a lens member 3, also formed in the shape of an arrow, is fitted into the fitting hole 2 from the back side of the substrate 1. This lens member 3 is made of a translucent synthetic resin colored green, for example. Lamps 4 for illuminating the lens are arranged at predetermined intervals on the back side of the lens member 3 (see FIG. 2). On both sides of the position where lamp 4 is placed,
Light shielding walls 5, 5 are provided so that the light from the lamp 4 irradiates only the lens member 3 side and prevents it from leaking to other parts.

に光つて見えるような問題は生じない。 Here, as shown in detail in FIG. 4, the fitting hole 2 is formed to be slightly larger than the lens member 3, so that the lens member 3 can be easily fitted even if there is some dimensional error. I have to. Therefore, there is a gap δ between the fitting hole 2 and the lens member 3.
(This refers to the gap between the front surfaces of the substrate 1 and lens member 3.
There is also a gap on the back side, but this gap is not visible from the outside due to the substrate 1. ), and depending on the viewing direction, the bottom of this gap δ, that is, a portion 70a of the first step 7a can be seen from the outside. However, the plate thickness t 3 at the portion 70 a is slightly thinner than the plate thickness t 0 at the portion other than the engaged portion 7 .
In other words, the engaged portion 7 is formed by the two step portions 7a and 7b.
Therefore, the height of the stepped portion 7a (the height at the portion 70a) is only about 1/4 of the plate thickness t 0 (for example, 3.0 mm) of the lens member 3 (for example, 0.7mm), and the plate thickness t 3 (for example,
2.3 mm (3.0 mm−0.7 mm=2.3 mm)) is only slightly thinner than the plate thickness t 0 of the lens member 3.
Therefore, the amount of light transmitted from the lamp 4 does not change much, and the problem that the part 70a of the step part 7a looks particularly brighter than other parts does not occur.

On the contrary, the plate thickness becomes thicker in the stepped portion 6a (see FIG. 4), so that the lens member 3 can be reliably engaged and held.

の問題を解決している。 In the prior art, one step 25a is used to connect the engaged portion 2.
5, and the stepped portion 24a that engages with the stepped portion 25a is formed thick so that the engaging portion 24 can engage and hold the lens member 22. Therefore, the stepped portion 25a is approximately half of the plate thickness t0 . Therefore, the plate thickness t 1 obtained by subtracting the height of the stepped portion 25 a was half the plate thickness t 0 of the portion other than the engaged portion 25 (see FIG. 7a).
Therefore, the amount of light transmitted through the stepped portion 25a is larger than that at other portions, and there is a problem that a portion of the periphery of the lens member 22 appears brighter than other portions.
In this embodiment, as described above, the two step portions 7a,
This problem is solved by forming the engaged portion 7 with 7b and slanting the stepped portion 7a so that the thickness of the stepped portion 7a becomes gradually thinner.

It is preferable that the length L of 0b is not set too long. The reason for this is that when the length L of the engaging portion 70b becomes longer, the flow of the molten resin during the molding process of the lens member 3 becomes poor, resulting in what is called a short shot.

The stepped portion 7b is fixed within the stepped portion 6b by thermally welding pins 8, 8 (see FIG. 6) for heat welding. As a means for fixing the stepped portion 7b within the stepped portion 6b, in addition to this heat welding, for example, press fitting may be used.

Further, an engaged portion consisting of a plurality of steps that engages with the engaging portion is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the lens member, and further, the first stepped portion on the front side of the lens member of the engaged portion is placed on the back surface side. Since the plate is sloped so that the plate thickness becomes thinner and thinner as it approaches, it is possible to securely hold the lens member and eliminate the problems of the conventional technology without increasing the production cost.
That is, it is possible to solve the problem that a part of the peripheral edge of the lens member appears to shine more than other parts.
