Abstract

PURPOSE:To adhere a skin material in the condition of not causing wrinkles and the like at the part of the complicated configuration of a synthetic resin molding by applying molten synthetic resin and a skin material between a die and another die meshed engagingly therewith, and pulling the skin material partly outward both die during the clamping period. CONSTITUTION:Since a skin material 5 is connected to the ends 7a of elastic spiral members 7 as pulling means 6 fixed on the outside of a synthetic resin molding die 1, the skin material 5 may be subjected to the pulling force in a die outward direction of the synthetic resin molding die 1 by the elastic restoring force to elastic spiral members 7 as being pulled between both die 2, 3 during the clamping period. Although the skin material 5 will be slightly pulled into both die 2, 3 while pulling the elastic spiral members 7, it is adhered onto the molten synthetic resin 4 in the condition of being tightened during the clamping period with the result that it may also be subjected to the pulling forces of the elastic spiral members 7. Any resin employed ordinarily in injection molding or extruding molding can be available as molten resin 4. As skin materials, they are given a cloth, nonwoven fabric, metal, fiber, net of thermosetting resin, paper, metallic foil or thermoplastic resin and sheet or film made of thermoplastic elastomer.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a method for producing a skin material-bonded synthetic resin molded article and an apparatus used in this method, and its purpose is to produce a skin material-bonded synthetic resin molded article. By applying a partial tensile force to the parts of the skin material that are bonded to the synthetic resin molded article where wrinkles are likely to occur, wrinkles etc. are removed from the skin material during the production of the skin material laminated synthetic resin molded article. A method for producing a synthetic resin molded article with a skin material bonded thereto, which does not cause the occurrence of molding, and also prevents the skin material from being molded while being entangled in the boundary area (weld line) where molten synthetic resin joins, and this method The aim is to provide equipment for use in

Therefore, the skin material (C) of the concave portion (g) and convex portion (h) is pulled inward because the outward tensile force (c+) is insufficient than the inward tensile force. The second problem is to use the method shown in Fig. 4 (A) and (B), for example, to supply molten synthetic resin from two molten synthetic resin paths to the mold (a), and then supply the skin material on top of this. This second problem is that the skin material gets caught up in the weld line where the molten synthetic resin joins when the mold is clamped, and the weld line of the synthetic resin molded product (e) as shown in FIG. 5(C). (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a method for supplying a molten synthetic resin and a skin material between one mold and another mold that meshes with the mold, and clamping the two molds together to form a skin material. A method for producing a skin material-bonded synthetic resin molded product, the method comprising partially pulling the skin material outward from both molds during mold clamping. , consisting of a synthetic resin molding mold and a tensioning means, the synthetic resin molding mold having one mold and another mold meshing with this mold, and this synthetic resin molding mold having: The mold is for manufacturing a skin material bonded synthetic resin molded body by clamping the two molds, and the tensioning means is capable of partially pulling outward the skin material supplied into the synthetic resin molding mold. The above-mentioned conventional problems are solved by an apparatus for manufacturing a skin material-bonded synthetic resin molded body, which is characterized by the following.

The tensioning means may include an elastic thread whose starting end is fixed inside or outside the mold and whose terminal end can be connected to the skin material, or a movable member that pulls the elastic thread towards the outside of the mold during mold clamping. Examples include those in which the peripheral edge of the skin material is fixed in advance to a movable member, and the movable member is driven toward the outside of the mold by sliding contact with a sliding member.

As a result, the part of the skin material that is pasted to a part with a complex shape is subjected to a stronger tensile force in the direction outside the mold than the part of the skin material that is pasted to a plain shape part. Therefore, wrinkles and the like do not occur in the bonded skin material.

If the tensioning means is composed of an elastic thread and a movable member connected to the starting end of the elastic thread, the movable member is driven toward the outside of the mold during the mold clamping, thereby causing the elastic thread to tighten. Since the stripes are actively pulled toward the outside of the mold, the skin material is pulled more strongly (toward the outside of the mold) than when the aforementioned elastic threads are used alone.

(Effect of the invention) This invention supplies a molten synthetic resin and a skin material between one mold and another mold that meshes with it, and clamps both molds to bond and synthesize the skin material. A method for manufacturing a resin molded article, the method comprising partially pulling the skin material outward of both molds during mold clamping, and a synthetic resin molding method. The synthetic resin molding mold has one mold and another mold that meshes with it, and the synthetic resin molding mold has both of the molds. This is a mold for manufacturing a skin material laminated synthetic resin molded article by clamping the mold, and the tensioning means is capable of partially pulling outward the skin material supplied into the synthetic resin molding mold. Since this is an apparatus for manufacturing a skin material-bonded synthetic resin molded article, it has the following effects.
