There is a yarn for stockings (Japanese Patent Application No. 62-6919) filed by the present applicant.

However, on the other hand, the appearance of crimp reduced the transparency of the knitted fabric, and the uniformity of the surface of the knitted fabric was not fully satisfactory.

The bulky crimped yarn is arranged alternately to form at least the leg portion, and the bulky crimped yarn is arranged in an untwisting direction three times.
The gist is that additional twisting is applied at a rate of 0 to 2500 times/m.

It is preferable to use crimped threads that are within the range of this invention.

When inter-knitted with the above, regular stitches are formed and excellent transparency can be obtained. And this convergence is
It also has the effect of suppressing slight occurrences on the knitted surface, that is, preventing the knitted fabric from being pulled and causing scratches due to slight snagging by nails or the like.

In this example, we used a crimped composite yarn in which polyurethane elastic material and polycapramide are joined to a parallel type or eccentric core-sheath base, which has particularly excellent stretchability and durability, and can be knitted stably under high-speed conditions. I am using it.

It is characterized in that the crimp width is not more than 5 times the fiber diameter and the crimp elongation rate after release is not more than 50%. That is,
The number of crimps is 5 or more/cm, and the crimp width is 5 times or less than the fiber diameter, preferably the number of crimps is 8/cm or more, and the crimp width is 2 to 4 times the fiber diameter. , which means the appearance of gentle wavy crimp as shown in Figure 3. And, it is rolled up into a cup or jelly with such wavy crimp, and the crimp elongation rate after release is 50% or less,
Preferably, it is 40% or less, which means that it is a stable composite yarn with extremely little change in crimp shape even after unwinding from a cup or cheese. These crimping numbers,
Crimp towel. If the crimp elongation rate after release is out of the above range, the fluctuation of the solution tension during knitting will increase, which will not only cause weft rows in the knitted fabric, but also cause yarn breakage and skipped stitches. I don't like it either.

That is, if it is less than 793, crimp will not be sufficiently developed even by heat treatment after knitting, while if it is greater than 1796, there will be a problem that the product will be insufficient in size due to excessive shrinkage, and both are unsuitable. be.

30d, the number of filaments constituting is 1 to 10, and the total fineness is 5 to 50d, but in the present invention, since transparency is particularly sought, the total fineness is 5 to 30d, and the number of filaments constituting is 1 to 6. It is preferable to keep it within. That is, if it is outside this range, it is unsuitable because it has either insufficient durability or extremely poor transparency and texture.

更に好ましい。The other bulky crimped yarn (5) is twisted 30 to 2,500 times/m1 in the untwisting direction, preferably 200 to 1,500 times/m1.
In this example, a false-twisted kennel yarn is twisted 600 times/m in the untwisting direction. This processed yarn (5) is appropriately selected from woolly yarn, kennel yarn, etc., and has a fineness of 10 to 20 d.
, the number of filaments is 1 to 7, preferably 13 to 7.
15d, 2 to 3 pieces. That is, it is preferable to have a taste within the range that does not cause problems in strength, and the smaller the number of filaments, the better the transparency. Further twisting is applied to this processed yarn (5) by reversing the twisting of the false twisting, adding convergence to the filaments, and giving coil-like crimp to the whole, improving elasticity and recovery. If the crimp is less than 30 times/m, sufficient crimp force and convergence will not be obtained, and if it is more than 2,500 times/m, the torque will be too emphasized and the appearance of the knitted fabric will deteriorate. Not only does this deteriorate, but the knitting properties also deteriorate, and both are unsuitable. In order to obtain sufficient convergence and stable torque, the number of additional twists is preferably 200 to 1,500 times/'rr1, and more preferably 400 to 1,000 times/m.

The yarns that are additionally twisted in the S direction and have a torque in the S direction and those that are additionally twisted in the S direction and have a torque in the S direction are alternately arranged between the composite yarns (4). number is 2
If it is about 00 times/m, even if only one direction is used, the self-crimping property of the composite yarn (4) will be the same as that of the processed yarn (5
). (5) provides a buffering effect, and the obliqueness of the knitted fabric as a whole does not become a problem. However, if the additional twisting direction is alternately arranged between yarns in the Z direction and yarns in the S direction between the composite yarns (4) and knitted, the stockings will have a better appearance with regular stitches. In this case, due to the synergistic effect of the elasticity and recovery properties due to the crimp force of the composite yarn (4), it exhibits a well-balanced contractile force in the course and wool directions and becomes taut.

ス及びウェール方向に安定した伸縮効果を発揮する。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the stockings according to the present invention have the excellent elasticity and recovery properties of the composite yarn made of two or more polymers with different shrinkage rates, and the ability to be twisted into a coil shape. Due to the synergistic effect with the crimp force of the bulky crimped yarn, it exhibits a stable stretching effect in the course and wale directions.

The occurrence of this problem is also suppressed, and extremely high quality stockings can be obtained.
