Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily execute mortar finishing by providing a surface plate in parallel to the kick surface of preforming concrete through a void, and filling the void with mortar pushed out at the time of mortar finishing of a step surface so as to fix the surface plate. CONSTITUTION:A surface plate 2 having an internal bar arrangement and a little higher than a kick surface 1a is formed. Secondly, the plate 2 is held in parallel to the surface 1a through a void 4 filled with mortar. Subsequently, mortal is spread on the step surface 1b so that it may be levelled to a finish thickness. The void 4 is filled with mortar pushed out at the time of the above levelling, which is solidified to fix the plate 2 on the surface 1a. Thus, mortar finishing can be executed without a skill and in a short time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a method for finishing the surface of rough-cast concrete stairs with mortar. [Prior Art] Needless to say, the surfaces of rough-cast concrete stairs, that is, the kicking surface (vertical surface) and the step surface (horizontal surface), are finished with mortar using a trowel. is already known. [Problem to be solved by the invention] In the above-mentioned mortar finishing, there is no problem because the step surface requires a horizontal movement operation by applying a trowel from above, but the kicking surface requires a vertical movement operation by applying a trowel from the side. As a result, the mortar drips, making it difficult for even a highly skilled person to operate the trowel properly, and it takes time.
Needless to say, the work was inefficient. Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, this invention adopts a pouring method to finish the kicking surface without using a trowel, thereby making it easy and highly efficient even for non-skilled workers. The purpose is to perform mortar finishing.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The configuration of the present invention for achieving the above object is such that the height of the riser is a predetermined amount higher than the height of the riser surface (vertical surface) of the roughly cast concrete staircase, and the height of the riser A surface plate with the required thickness and approximately the same width as the kicking surface is supported with its lower end gauze in contact with the step surface (horizontal surface) perpendicular to the lower end of the kicking surface, and the required thickness is placed between it and the kicking surface. are parallel to each other through a mortar-filled gap, and are held facing each other with both ends of the gap closed, and while pouring mortar onto each step surface and finishing the step surface with a trowel, the mortar that is extruded during this finishing process is The gist of the present invention is to provide a method for finishing the surface of concrete stairs with mortar, which is characterized in that the above-mentioned filling gap is filled with the above-mentioned filler through the upper end frontage, and the above-mentioned surface plate is adhered and fixed to the kicking surface using the filled mortar. .. [Example] 1 is a roughly poured concrete staircase;
A top plate 2 shown in FIG.
is fixed as described below. The surface plate 2 is formed of a concrete plate with a required thickness and has a height L that is slightly higher than the height of the kick-in surface 1a and a width S that is approximately the same as the width of the kick-in surface 1a. The upper end of 2 has a slope 2a that slopes from one side to the other side, and reinforcement 2b is buried within the thickness of the surface plate 2, and at predetermined locations of this reinforcement 2b, it is led out to the outside. wire 2C is connected. Therefore, as a finishing operation, as shown in FIG. 1a are parallel to each other so as to have the required mortar filling gap 4, and are held facing each other with the openings at both ends of the gap closed. In addition, as the above-mentioned opposing holding means, the surface plate 2
The surface board 2 is fixed by tying the wire 2C derived from the above to the nails 3 nailed in advance on the stairs 1. Furthermore, since there are generally walls on both sides of the staircase, the above-mentioned both end closing means are either automatically closed off by these walls or, if there are no walls, are closed off by appropriate fittings. Furthermore, a suitable wedge 5 for height adjustment is provided at the bottom end of the surface plate 2.
In some cases, it may be necessary to intervene. With the setting as shown in Fig. 2 above, pour mortar on the step surface 1b on the upper end side of the top plate in the usual manner, and then press the step surface! b to a predetermined finished thickness with a trowel, and the mortar extruded during this leveling is poured into the filling void 4.
Then, let it flow completely through the upper end opening. Furthermore, during this filling, since the upper edge of the surface plate 2 protrudes above the step surface lb on that side, this protruding portion prevents the mortar from protruding forward, and the mortar fills the filling gap 4. After all of the mortar is poured in, the surface plate 2 is fixed to the kicking surface 1a through the filled mortar layer as shown in FIG. In addition, the tip of the slope 2a of the top plate 2 matches the thickness of the mortar layer leveled on the step surface lb, so the slope 2a is hidden and the edges of the top plate are not exposed, so the appearance is not spoiled. . In addition, the lower end of the surface plate is also hidden by the mortar layer on the step surface tb, so that the appearance is not spoiled. [
[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the method of the present invention, the work is as simple as installing face plates facing each other on each kicking surface of the stairs in advance, and leveling mortar sequentially from the step surface on the upper step side. The kick-in surface of each step is automatically finished at the same time as the step surface.
Moreover, it has the important feature that it can be completed in a short period of time. In addition, since the surface plate is a pre-formed dry body,
It is now possible to cover the surface board with carpets, etc., even when the mortar has not completely solidified, which is the so-called incompletely fixed state, which greatly reduces construction time. It has the excellent feature of making it possible to finish the entire surface with mortar.
