Some contact blades make electrical contact with the conductor.

If an attempt is made to obtain the penetration property of the insulation coating, the electrical conductivity deteriorates, and if an attempt is made to obtain the electrical conductivity, the penetration property of the insulating coating becomes poor. Furthermore, when using a conductive material such as copper, high reliability cannot be obtained because of dullness, settling, etc. caused by long-term use.

For example, in the case of a contact piece in which a plurality of sharp tip portions pierce an insulating coating and make contact with a conductor, the structure of the contact blade may be two types, such as one conductive material, one rigid body, or one conductive material, one rigid body, and one conductive material.
It has a layered or three-layered structure. By doing this, when piercing the insulation coating with the contact blade, it is possible to improve the penetration performance, and since the contact blade is made of a conductive material and a rigid body, the conductivity is not impaired. . In addition, in the case of a contact piece that does not have an acute tip and is brought into direct contact with a conductor, the structure of the engagement groove in which the bare conductor engages is arranged with a conductive material on the inside and a rigid body on the outside.
Thereby, it is possible to eliminate the interference between the conductive material and the bare conductor, and to improve the contact state. The contact piece of the present invention can be applied to connectors such as electric wire conductors, arrester conductors, fuse conductors, etc., and the shape is not limited to the shape of a crimp sleeve. Further, it can be used for various types of connections such as direct connection and branch connection.
以下、本発明の導体接続用接触片を詳細に説明する。 Hereinafter, the contact piece for connecting conductors of the present invention will be explained in detail.
