BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a motor for this type of electric fan has been installed in a head cover of the electric fan so as to rotate a blowing blade located in front of the cover. In recent years, however, in the motors for such electric fans,
Some stator cores are formed by press-fitting a stator core formed into a square shape into a frame formed into a cylindrical container shape by pressing a steel plate, etc., and in this case, a support shaft for supporting the entire stator core is provided. The structure is such that it is attached to the frame by caulking it to a mounting plate that is separate from the frame, and then attaching the mounting plate to the frame by spot welding or the like.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. First, in FIG. The arranged head,
Reference numeral 4 denotes a blower blade disposed in front of the head 3, and 5 a guard surrounding the blower blade 4. Reference numeral 6 denotes a cover for the head 3, in which a motor 7, a gear reduction mechanism 8, and an oscillation mechanism 9 are disposed. Next, in FIG. 2 showing the motor 7 in detail, 10 is a frame, which consists of two parts, a front frame 10a and a rear frame 10b, both of which are made of pressed steel plates etc. It is formed into a cylindrical container shape by processing. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, the front frame 10a has a flat part 11 formed at the lower part of the circumferential wall part at a level lower than other parts, and a hole 12 is formed approximately in the center of this flat part 11. The spindle caulking part 13 is formed by providing a spindle crimped part 13, and on the other hand, a hole 14 for inserting a caulking tool which is concentric with the hole 12 and has a larger diameter than the above hole 12 is provided in the upper part facing the spindle caulking part 13. It is shaped. Here, 15 is a support shaft, and the end above the stepped portion 15a is connected to the fourth shaft.
As shown by the two-dot chain line in the figure, a washer 1 is inserted into the hole 12 in the spindle caulking portion 13 of the front frame 10a.
6 and 17 from below, and on the other hand, a caulking tool 18 is inserted into the hole 14, and its tip crushes and expands the upper end of the support shaft 15, thereby forming the front frame 10a. spindle 1
5 is directly caulked. Reference numeral 19 denotes a stator core, which has a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. Each head 19a forming an arc shape is press-fitted into the front frame 10a and the rear frame 10b while being in pressure contact with the inner surfaces of the front frame 10a and the rear frame 10b. In the frame 10a, one of the flat portions 19b is press-fitted into the spindle crimped portion 13 so as to face the spindle 15 which is swaged. In addition, 20
2 is a rotor core disposed with a predetermined air gap 21 in the stator core 19, and 22 is a rotor shaft, and the blowing blade 4 is attached to one end of the rotor shaft 22 that protrudes forward and outside of the cover 6. The blower blade 4 is driven to rotate, and the neck piece 2 is provided with a cylindrical support shaft support portion 23 into which the support shaft 15 is inserted and supported.

Now, in the case of this embodiment configured as above,
The frame 10 of the motor 7, particularly the front frame 10a, is provided with a spindle caulking portion 13 at its upper portion, and a caulking tool 18 is provided at the upper portion of the portion facing the spindle caulking portion 13.
By forming the insertion hole 14, the support shaft 1
Since the support shaft 15 is directly caulked, there is no longer a need for a mounting plate separate from the frame or its separate attachment, as in the past, and costs can be reduced. It can be achieved and
It is possible to simplify the assembly work, and
Assembling accuracy can also be improved, and tilting of the support shaft 15 does not occur. In this case, the square stator core 19 is attached to the front frame 10a at its corner 19a.
When one of them is press-fitted into the support shaft caulking portion 13 so as to face the support shaft 15 caulked, the front frame 1
Only the remaining three corners of the stator core 19 come into pressure contact with the inner surface of the stator core 0a, making it impossible to assemble the stator core 19 with high precision. The center of the rotor core 20 supported by the front frame 10a is misaligned, and this misalignment causes the air gap 21 to become uneven and deteriorate its characteristics. However, in the case of this embodiment, the stator core 19 is press-fitted into the spindle caulking portion 13 so as to face the spindle 15 caulked, and as a result, all four corners 19a of the stator core 19 come into pressure contact with the inner surface of the front frame 10a. The center of the stator core 19 and the center of the rotor core 20 can be precisely matched, and the air gap 21 can be made uniform, without deterioration of characteristics.

[Effects of the invention] As is clear from the above, the present invention provides a motor for an electric fan that has a rectangular stator core press-fitted into a cylindrical container-shaped frame, has a support shaft at the bottom, and is installed to rotate the blower blades. In this case, a spindle caulking part is formed in the lower part of the frame, and a hole for inserting a caulking tool is formed in the upper part opposite to the spindle caulking part, and the rectangular stator core is inserted into the flat part of the frame. is press-fitted into the frame so as to face the spindle caulked to the spindle caulking portion, so that the spindle can be caulked directly to the frame, and This allows the stator core to be assembled into the frame with high precision while avoiding caulking parts.
It is possible to reduce the cost and simplify the assembly work for the attachment structure of the support shaft, and also to improve the assembly accuracy. At the same time, it is possible to obtain a high air gap accuracy between the stator core and the rotor core, which prevents deterioration of characteristics. It has excellent effects, such as no problems.
