Claims (1)

記熱交換器のハウジングの表面に伝熱板を固定す
ると共に、該伝熱板に前記ヒータへの通電を制御
するゲート制御式半導体スイツチを取り付け、前
記ハウジング内を流れる洗浄水を、前記伝熱板を
介した前記ゲート制御式半導体スイツチの冷却媒
