)それら昇降部材及び進退部材間に介設され、該進退部
材の進退運動を昇降部材の昇降運動に変換するカム機構
とを有し、該昇降部材の昇降運動によって各注出口を各
成形型の夫々の注入口に同時的に接続し或いは離間させ
